The same lawyers are conducting lawfare on Alex Jones from multiple states.
And they are employing the same globaltarian “justice” system that has unconstitutionally held January 6th “insurrectionists” in solitary confiment for almost two years without bail or trial.
The lawyers have stated in the trials that money is not their goal, their goal is to deprive him of his platform and ensure that he will never have a public platform again.
The trials are a joke. He was not allowed to have a jury trial in the judgement phase. The judge “deemed” him guilty.
They said he forfeited because he did not provide discovery that proved his guilt, then they cherry picked the tons of discovery he provided for “evidence” in the trial.
They want it both ways.

The jury trials are just show trials to determine how much he owes.
The judge told the jury he is guilty and presented “experts” who said, without evidence, that Jones is richer than George Soros.
Love or hate Alex Jones, this should scare the cheezy puffs out of anybody with two brain cells in a row.
Alex Jones was the test case for cancelling people from social media.
This is the test case for suing anyone into oblivion who says anything that contradicts the globaltarian narrative.

Well, just avoid engaging in the tort of defamation against private citizens and you can’t be sued for defamation. It is an understatement to say the comments were outrageous and sick. Defamation has been a tort for a long time. Any person with two brain cells would never have said what he said. Nor would any person with such defend such statements. “Money” is not the goal - it a punishment. The fact you don’t understand something that basic should prompt you to do some very basic research before forming strong opinions about a subject for which you have apparently no knowledge. I would not accept $1 billion in exchange for what these people were put through by Alex Jones - no person in their right mind would.
The verdict may be excessive but that’s a different matter. He is definitely liable.

#11 Agreed. Forget Alex Jones. This is 1930’s Germany and anyone who opposes the regime is a Jew. It isn’t talked about openly, but the USA is under communist control. The moment Trump vacated the office of the Presidency knowing that obvious fraud took the election from him was the turning point for the USA. He can stand on the sidelines and piss and moan all day long. They stripped him of his power fraudulently. A tyrant responds to nothing but power and violence. That was the time for Trump to stand and fight for the Republic.
