In a seven-minute nationally televised address, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned the West that a nuclear war is “definitely coming,” adding that he isn’t bluffing over using everything at his disposal to protect Russia.
This was taken as an apparent reference to Russia’s nuclear arsenal. Putin also previously told the West not to push Russia against the wall and rebuked NATO countries for supplying weapons to Ukraine.
“The purpose of the West is to weaken, divide and ultimately destroy our country. They are already directly saying that in 1991 they were able to split the Soviet Union, and now the time has come for Russia itself, that it should disintegrate into many mortally hostile regions,” Putin said.
“The Ukrainian people themselves were turned into cannon fodder and pushed to war with our country – unleashing this war back in 2014 using the armed forces against the civilian population, organizing genocide, blockade, terror against people who refused to recognize the power that arose in Ukraine as a result of a coup.”

After 1999, why did NATO need to expand? THe USSR had broken up, Germany was reunited, Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Replublic joined NATO. The Warsaw Pact was long over and
it was very unlikely that 1000 Russia tanks would be driving to what was West Germany through the Fulda Gap and on the way to Paris.
By 2000 NATO was obsolte. Since that time NATO seems to be in search of missions and members to justify its continued existence.
“And finally, when Russia responded to all that, we claimed they invaded Ukraine for no good reason to annex territory.”

Like a broken record in a child’s voice...nyah, nyah, nyah tell Putin to leave Ukraine nyah, nyah, nyah!
I don’t see where Putin said nuclear war was definitely coming. He just issued a threat of nuclear retaliation. Not exactly the same thing.

What happens if a EMP pulse burns out all of our computers? One high altitude blast and the Grid goes down? Or one turns out the lights on Europe? What do we do then? Americans would go nuts and kill each other in a Mad Max kind of world. No need to blow up cities—criminals would do that for them. No more internet, or Facebook, no more TV. The USA would be down for the count. Who could do it? North Korea? Russia? We are NOT READY and disorganized. One blast and Russia/China wins.
Overstate much, Vlad?
I notice all you can manage is ad hominem attacks and cannot refute a single fact.
“Americans would go nuts and kill each other in a Mad Max kind of world.”
More accurately “Democrats would go nuts and kill each other in a Mad Max kind of world.” Isn’t that what they are doing to Americans today. What would change?
We are just too juicy and easy a target.
It is only a matter of time until some entity does it if the sun doesn't do it first.
First thing that goes in the next World War will be every single satellite.
I mostly agree with this narrative, however what gives the Russians the right to annex those territories?
I would say we need to take out Putin, but the people below him seem to be even worse!
the only option is to draw a line, and if they cross it obliterate them.
Because otherwise you simply appease evil and that never EVER ends well.

“Ukraine’s neo-Nazi Svoboda Party and its founders, Oleh Tyahnybok and Andriy Parubiy, played leading roles in the U.S-backed coup in February 2014. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and U.S. ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt mentioned Tyahnybok as one of the leaders they were working with in their infamous leaked phone call before the coup, even as they tried to exclude him from an official position in the post-coup government.
...it was Yarosh who took to the stage in the Maidan and rejected the Feb. 21, 2014 agreement negotiated by the French, German and Polish foreign ministers, under which President Viktor Yanukovych and opposition political leaders agreed to hold new elections later that year. Instead, Yarosh and Right Sector refused to disarm and led the climactic march on Parliament that overthrew the government.
... 2014, Nuland and the State Department got their favorite, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, installed as prime minister of the post-coup government.”

Gravitas Plus: Did NATO Push Ukraine Into War?
“...Palki Sharma tells you how western arrogance and NATO expansionism are also to blame, how their actions precipitated the crisis in Ukraine”
Posters like this only helps to gin up the hate and war drums. WE have forgotten the horrors of war. WE think fighting Russia will be a walk in the park—like the Third world people we have taken out in the past. In WW II 400,000 Americans were Killed. More wounded. This time it will be in the Millions. The war will come and when it does—it will not turn out they way people expect (wars never do). No one thinks that we can LOSE. The Ukraine has given us false hope that if A small nation can beat Russia—she is a push over. Hitler thought that too. If this happens— we will need Trump to do the peace treaty and he will cut the best deal he can—but at a high cost—we lose Alaska to Russia and Hawaii to China. I hope I am wrong.
You'll only have to worry about that for an hour or two at most, because a full-scale nuclear exchange will follow very quickly.
But when it comes to A-E above, Bush, McCain, Obama, Zelensky, Soros, etc, supporters will deflect, engage in name calling, or bring up Putin.
Nuclear war? Won’t be the first one, what’s the big deal?
