I started using the Penny Catechism at home on my children. It’s a tiny book, and my intention with it is simple: indoctrination. The format is simple questions and answers. The first two alone impart an entire understanding of the self and the world.
“Who made you?”
“God made me.”
“Why did God make you?”
“God made me to know him, love him and serve him in this world, and to be happy with him forever in the next.”
I want them to know that their lives were not just intended by their two parents — not just answered prayers — but their lives are imbued with the intentions of a depthless benevolence, a loving Creator who has imprinted on them His image more than ours. They are also capable of love and can participate in the glory of creation — whether it is just developing their own personalities, making sounds and stories and games, or planting grass in our backyard. Eventually, if they are so blessed and determined, they will be creating artwork, or whole institutions, enterprises — and even families of their own.
Indoctrinating my children means giving them a set of truths that help them make sense of the world. To help them understand that the tribulations of life are woven into a plan — a divine conspiracy — in which God intends not just to show His glory but to share it with us. Indoctrination also relieves them of the jobs and duties that aren’t theirs alone — like fully understanding their own identity.
“Who made me?”
“God made me.”
In other words, you don’t have to create yourself, like an author has to create a story on a blank page. When it comes to you, your identity, you have a lot to contribute.

mentally ill.
It’s a Slap in GOD’S face.
From what I see, the only form of mental illness to the American Psychological Group of Wingnuts is.... Conservatism.
A person’s identity is what a person really is, not what one thinks he/she is. It’s what one is, in one’s nature. So a person’s identity cannot be changed. Identity comes from the Latin for “same.”
In many peoples’ minds, “identity” is whatever you think you are. Like believing that a Halloween werewolf costume makes one a werewolf. The delusion leads some people to have body parts cut off or simulated.
Yes, it’s a sacrilege.
I wish that stories like this, lacked behind paywalls, would not be posted.
There is quite a bit of conflict between standard homosexuals and transgenders.
For years, the homosexual view has been: “God made me this way. I cannot possibly change. It would be a great affront to send me to a medical professional like a therapist who would try to “fix” me and make me a heterosexual.”
Transgenders say: “God screwed up. I’m supposed to be a girl. I know it, even if God isn’t smart enough to know it. I deserve to change into what I really am. You owe it to me to send me to a medical professional like a surgeon who will fix me and make me a woman.”
These two views cannot be reconciled. They may both be wrong, but the point is that they cannot co-exist.
Universities and leftist media. Politicians and medical industrial complex jumped on the bandwagon later on.
Many universities and their Marxist professors are the root of the ideological evils that have a stranglehold over our society.
Be careful with this argument. It could be twisted and used against you.
For instance:
Since you or your baby were made with a cleft lip or other deformity, how can you legitimately fix that?
Since you were made with a tendency toward mental illness, how can you legitimately fix that?
If you can fix the one, why can’t you “fix” the other?
That’s the kind of argument that would be used against us.
Rachel Levine, over $100,000 in surgeries and hormone treatments AND still looks like a dude. Go figure.

If birth defects can be fixed by modern medicine, that’s great. Being male or female is not a defect.
:Being male or female is not a defect.”
Agreed. All I was saying is that they could twist the argument against us.
I'm glad it was posted. I do have a subscription to National Review and hadn't seen it yet.
Though human reason is, strictly speaking, truly capable by its own natural power and light of attaining to a true and certain knowledge of the one personal God, who watches over and controls the world by his providence, and of the natural law written in our hearts by the Creator; yet there are many obstacles which prevent reason from the effective and fruitful use of this inborn faculty. For the truths that concern the relations between God and man wholly transcend the visible order of things, and, if they are translated into human action and influence it, they call for self-surrender and abnegation. The human mind, in its turn, is hampered in the attaining of such truths, not only by the impact of the senses and the imagination, but also by disordered appetites which are the consequences of original sin. So it happens that men in such matters easily persuade themselves that what they would not like to be true is false or at least doubtful. He describes there everything that's wrong w/ modern "sciencccce!"
In India, they are called ‘hijras’, and the more you know about them, the weirder it gets.

“Eunuchs, transvestites, homosexuals, bisexuals, hermaphrodites, androgynes, transsexuals, and gynemimetics are some of the words used to describe the community. They are also called intersexed, emasculated, impotent, transgendered castrated, effeminate, or sexually anomalous or dysfunctional.”
I prefer the terms normal or homosexual.
HOMOSEXUAL, because there's nothing GAY about it.
Referring to the STDs no doubt.
