The bottom line is, in the Middle East there is no country better for Arabs than Israel, and it’s not even close.
When I was in Afghanistan we had a mission one day to transport the president of Afghanistan to a village in the center of the country. One of our crewmembers decided to bring some candy and treats for the children. So she handed everything out to a group of kids near the aircraft. As soon as she turned her back the bigger kids beat up all the younger kids and stole the treats they had just received. I’m talking a frenzy like you see on Shark Week, it was that bad. I knew this wasn’t going to end well because 12 years earlier I had seen the same thing happen in Goma, Zaire (now Democratic Republic of the Congo). I wonder if the same thing happens when Pali kids get a treat.
