One knows one’s society is dying when one is constantly forced to choose between what is legal and what is moral.

We’ll be pushing for a gun owner “sanctuary” here in Texas. The Constitution doesn’t give the Feddies the right to infringe upon our right to keep and bear arms. A right that is desperately needed in a country full of baby killers, Chicago drive-by shooters and public school student mass murderers.

And so it falls to New York gun owners to obey the Democrat law, and it falls to New York police officers to enforce it. I wonder if they will, and I wonder if they should.

Actually it falls on the NYS Pistol and Rifle Assoc. to bring another lawsuit and the residents of NY to fund it.

The Supremes ruled concealed carry legal, for self defense. Now NY has banned concealed carry in every place imaginable, ie, transportation, parks, schools, zoos, stadiums, bars, etc. The law gives the gangstas free reign to continue there war against innocents. Eventually, the court will rule NY laws unconstitutional.

Most cops, fearing That they will, lose their jobs, will enforce the unconstitutional law. Only the patriotic cops won’t, and WilL DO,THE RIGHT THING and refuse to enforce the law.

So, if you legally (Supreme Court) defend yourself against a criminal threatening your life, you can be charged with a gun crime by N.Y., and prohibited from owning a firearm.
See how this works?

if i wore a large sign on my head that read, “i have a constitutional right to carry and i will not be infringed”

do you think the NYPD would let me continue on my merry way?

The Governor of New York has ZERO authority to remove my rights under the second amendment.

The Cops can't enforce the simplist of laws concerning assault, how will they enforce an unconstitutional gun law? Not possible.

If I lived in New York, I'd keep my blaster in the modified trenchcoat I wear. 12 gauge with OO buck. The spent projectiles are untraceable, and it is one solid intimidator and one round could clear one half a subway car.

Gun tourism in New York is about to begin....its a target rich environment...something like a hunting game where the good guys hunt for bad guys. The cops will turn a blind eye.

And the governor is going to look the complete ashaole that she really is.

How hard is it for a cop to simply “not notice” a gun on an otherwise law abiding citizen? Believe it, there are a very high proportion of the “thin blue line” who are just foaming at the mouth to be able to enforce this clearly unconstitutional law.

Oh the cops there will enforce it. If anyone doesn’t think so they have not been paying attention. Most of the law and order cops retired or quit. What is left are lefty or power hungry cops.

What about the thugs walking around with guns stuffed in their low hanging pants and who do not have a concealed carry license?

Their paychecks. It will come down to their paychecks, and they will choose them over you in a millisecond as they have always done.

New York State public officers swear in writing as follows:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the State of New York, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of ____________________________________________________________ according to the best of my ability.
They are therefore bound by oath or affirmation to ignore their governor's clearly unconstitutional dictates.
