Actually I believe more DEFAULTED student loan debt is held by black people, not white people.
But this is a poor line of argument anyway.
I haven’t seen any lawsuits filed yet against Biden’s unilateral decision to change the definition of a loan. I hope they are forthcoming soon. . .

I think more Pell Grants are issued to black students than to white, and so the $20K forgiveness for their loans is actually twice the $10K forgiveness for non-Pell recipients.
