Forget Epstein, This Could Bring The Whole Case Down – Judge Who Reportedly Signed Off On Mar-a-Lago Raid Has Anti-Trump Social Media Posts And They Are Not Looking Good

The Florida magistrate judge who reportedly signed off on the FBI’s raid of former President Donald Trump’s home allegedly disparaged the former president and shared “woke” content on what appears to be his personal Facebook page.

Josiah Lippincott, a Hillsdale College Van Adel Graduate School of Statesmanship Ph.D. candidate and writer, first reported that Bruce Reinhart — the suspected judge who approved the raid of Mar-a-Lago — apparently denigrated then-president-elect Trump in 2017 via Facebook.

In a Facebook post screenshotted by Lippincott and reviewed by Defiant America Reinhart wrote, “I generally ignore the President-elect’s tweets, but not this one. John Lewis arguably has done more to ‘make America great’ than any living citizen.”

Seems to me since this is all IN THE VICINITY and jurisdiction of Florida, that Gov. Ron is going to start initiatives to bring it down.

Perhaps the only judge that would sign off on it.

I have no idea what the point of your comment is.

I was indicating what the lefties were saying. Therefore, rather than giving the impression it was my statement, it was set apart as a quote from others.

Quotes, therefore, were appropriate.

He is a magistrate not a district judge. They are not appointed by the President nor are they confirmed by the senate. Desantis has no authority over the federal magistrates. Even our state AG did not know about this.

The rules of criminal procedure make it the province of magistrates to issue search warrants. Obviously in this case it was abused. The fact it was served monday morning means they had it in hand no later than Friday night as the logistics of moving that volume of personnel had to be done over the weekend so they were in place at 6AM on monday.

President Trump’s attorney was denied access to the warrant as she alleged eventually being allowed to see it. That alone is a abridgement of the criminal rules. Most of the rationale was sealed anyway but they can make application to obtain those and some judge will have to rule on it.

Given this whole thing, we are in the land of the Gestapo. There is NO reason to be treating a former President the equal of drug cartel chief. The no man is above the law I hope they quote to his excellency The Bidet as he swings along side his AG in the Navy yard.

If he suspected this could have happened, he should have had a hidden video camera installed with real-time uploading to multiple cloud storage services around the world.

He also should have put a cheeseburger in there. Maybe with a MAGA red hat, too.

The video of the FBI agent removing the burger and hat would have made internet history!

The bimbos and pretentious ‘men’ of the New York Times and Washington Post won’t care. Their minds are made up - no new information can get in.

Mar-a-Lago probably has more hidden video cameras installed than a Las Vegas casino.

They might have asked several judges for a warrant and this ‘lady’ was the first to say yes. It is a common practice, and it is not difficult to get a warrant in our system. LE keeps presenting until they find a judge that will issue. So quick warrants might be hard, but they will eventually get their warrant, almost always, in almost any case. It is the sovietization of our Justice System.

Well so much for "judicial economy". Traditionally, once one judge makes a ruling, it then requires the court acting en banc to reverse it, or an appeal to a higher court. The government gets special privileges, which it abuses. The magistrate still had a conflict of interest and needed to have recused himself. He should be impeached for that misconduct.

Wouldn’t surprise me to learn Trump was prepared for this incident. Given the corruption of the Bidung regime, it must have been on Trump’s radar long ago as a likely dirty trick.

If so, the trap has been set.

It’s a good way to find the disloyal sell out and/or plant.
If he wasn’t aware long ago ..he should have become aware several years ago.
THEY are trying to destroy him..by any means.

“Magistrate judges are not appointed by the president but instead are appointed by district judges. Their duties can include dealing with bond hearings, handling technical issues in civil cases and signing off on whether to authorize a search warrant.”

A flunky.
