Elon Musk Terminates Twitter Purchase Deal, Citing Material Breach of Agreement by Company Refusing to Provide Access to Data
Conservative Treehouse ^ | July 8, 2022 | Sundance

Elon Musk has notified Twitter and the SEC [SEE LETTER HERE] that he is exercising his “right to terminate the merger agreement and abandon the transaction contemplated” due to the social media company not providing transparent access to background data that would allow authentication of “monetized daily active users” (mDAUs).

It appears that Twitter Inc did not want to reveal how Jack’s Magic Coffee Shop was able to sustain operations, at an extremely high cost, without making money. That’s the essential source of the issue.

The social media company did not want anyone looking at the data stream inside the communication platform. Musk was not allowed to authenticate the number of real users and identify the number of ‘spam’ or ‘bot’ accounts within the platform.

I have believed that twitter and the others were primarily created to promote leftist goals, and that they are subsidized by rich leftists and helped by special privileges from the government.

I wouldn’t be surprised if twitter (among others) continue to operate because of our tax dollars which makes their attacks on free speech even more egregious

They’ll put Durham on that right away.

That means there was government censorship of the 2020 election that was prohibited by the First Amendment
That's exactly what Fox News Corp. has done since election eve 2020.

I don't know anything about what they're doing regarding 1st amendment rights, but they're doing it just the same.

I hope Fox gets taken down for what they've done/are doing. If it takes a Dominion lawsuit, so be it.

Let the never-Trump bastards go back to Australia.

Fascism is the marriage of State and private corporations. It allows the State to bypass the constraints of limited government and let companies like Twitter do the dirty work.

Twitter had to sue, otherwise it would be clear that Musk’s stated reasons for pulling out are true.

“I agree that Twitter and Facebook have government baked in the cake.”

Concur. I have two friends who a few years ago elected to ‘go dark’ meaning they got rid of their cable, cell phones, social media accounts, and even their landlines. Opting instead for disposable burner phones.

Both of them reported subsequent visits from the FBI asking why they went dark.

One of them had a less than cordial conversation and the other had a friendly chat that went more or less like this:

FBI: Why did you go dark?

A: Because I believed the government was monitoring me and here you are.

FBI: (shrugs and smiles) Have a nice day!

They’re obviously hiding the fact that a lot of their “users” are bots.

Their threats of suing him for breach of contract are empty. They know that a lawsuit would mean discovery and they DO NOT want anyone to know how many fake and spam accounts there are.

I believe one of the attractions of Twitter for Musk is the opportunity to sell “WiFi access everywhere” to users via his SpaceX dropping of communications satellites in low earth orbit.

Imagine accessing the web from any metropolitcan without having to buy expensive plans from the telecoms and Comcast.

These satellites are nothing but small electronics boxes with solar panels for power. After a few years of use they lose orbit and burn up in the upper atmosphere.

Go ELON MUSK!

My guess is tha tMusk will end up owning Twitter for a lot less than $44 billion.

If one can place time in a bottle, why not electronics in a
small box, and calling it a satellite?

Question remains, could loss of earth’s magnetic field cause
problems with orbit and wifi?
The wherewithal is not to be found to attempt an answer.

If DJT and EM are not partners at this time, perhaps they might take this under consideration exposing other fraudulent sites.
