What an illusion we have President Emmanuel Macron outaged by the US Supreme Court over abortion proclaiming his pro-choice credentials with a new abortion law in France this year going to 14 weeks from 12 weeks.
Emmanuel Macron wants people in France to seek him as liberal and progressive with a 14-week abortion law.
And then Governor Tate Reeves of Mississippi taking his victory lap with the Supreme Court ruling touting his pro-life credentials for singing a 15-week abortion law more liberal than France's liberalized abortion law...

The 15 week laws in Mississippi were designed to get Roberts to allow some regulation… Florida copied hoping to have a law that would be upheld.
Getting Roe fully overturned was beyond expectations just a few years ago.
What has this blogger actually accomplished?
MM sure is a confusing political mess… but Dobbs and WV have his fingerprints all over the place.
I supported Donald Trump in 2016 so we could get the three justices who actually overturned Roe v. Wade and forced Roberts hand.
He wanted to do the moderate political “15-week abortion law” only.
That's why he was so completely furious at McCain on Obamacare. The cost of Mitch always backing you is that you don't go back on your word to him, and McCain did.
Mitch can be infuriating, but he is an incredibly effective politician.
Our top political leaders are supported by major business interests like coal, oil and natural gas so the West Virginia decision is fully understandable but the right one in the face of ‘climate change’ zealotry.
And the bad guys keep on winning and moving America further to the Left politics isn’t switching things around it’s just trying to avoid bloodshed during the transition to a more “inclusive” society.
So the 15-week abortion law scam of Justice Roberts undercut by the five justices.
