It is a great piece, but Horowitz fails to mention that we are in this mess because the Constitution was violated with the swearing in of a British subject/Kenyan national in direct violation of that Constitution.
Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and is precisely who the founders were excluding when they insisted on someone who could only be an American, naturally a citizen because they could not be anything else.

He’s writing for liberal professors to read.
They won’t read it…..except to argue with it.

I have taken in conversations with my liberal friends to call the Democrats what they are: the COMMUNISTS. Other than Manchin and Sinema in the Senate and Henry Cuellar in the House, there are no “moderate” or Blue Dog Democrats - on the fringe when their vote doesn’t matter, they may be allowed to vote against Pelosi but on every key vote you will see them side with the leftists.
If one is the leader of communists there is no limit on their wealth.
