But it should be noted that many private, Christian schools receive funding for milk and school lunches...so this may well impact you even if you don’t have your kids in public school.
See the problem with the Feds usurping the power of the states. Schools have ALWAYS been under the powers of the states.
This is exactly why we Americans opposed the federal US Department of Education: Central liberal control. We knew it would happen but so many liberals in the education system loved the idea.

I just wish Republicans were more aggressive using government funding to shape policy. Did they threaten funding if schools didn’t pull CRT and radical climate changes courses??? NO
So joe wants to starve poor kids. Not exactly a surprise.
But didn’t Trump want to withhold funds from schools that didn’t want to stay open during the plandemic and was told he couldn’t do that without congressional approval.
