Domestic terrorism only means white supremacy in this bill.
The bill creates:
Domestic Terrorism Unit in the Office of Intelligence and Analysis of the Department of Homeland Security Domestic Terrorism Office in the Counterterrorism Section of the National Security Division of the Department of Justice. Domestic Terrorism Section within the Counterterrorism Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Reports submitted to Congress by said agencies will include (emphasis mine):
(A) an assessment of the domestic terrorism threat posed by White supremacists and neo-Nazis, including White supremacist and neo-Nazi infiltration of Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies and the uniformed services; and
(B) (i) in the first report, an analysis of incidents or attempted incidents of domestic terrorism that have occurred in the United States since January 1, 2012, including any White-supremacist-related incidents or attempted incidents;
and
(ii) in each subsequent report, an analysis of incidents or attempted incidents of domestic terrorism that occurred in the United States during the preceding 6 months, including any White-supremacist-related incidents or attempted incidents;.....

The bill has been on the shelf for a while because Squad members wanted the lawmakers to have a specific definition of “domestic terrorist.”
I guess since it’s all about white supremacy and white men they don’t need a specific definition!
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler: “The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, which sits before us today, is the least we can do to signal our opposition to White nationalism and this rising menace of organized intolerance.”
The Democrats never mentioned the black man who drove through the Christmas parade in Waukesha. They did not mention the riots and vandalism in the summer of 2020.

But patriots need to vote desperate Democrats and RINOs out of state governments for 2022 elections as much as they need to send career federal Democrats and RINOs home.
More specifically, regardless of how corrupt Congress wants to define domestic terrorism, it remains that the delegates to the Constitutional Convention had constitutionally ordered the distrusted feds to stand down to domestic terrorism unless a state trying to suppress domestic terrorism formally requests help from the feds.
"Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence [emphases added]."
In fact, Justice Joseph Story had explained Section 4 this way.
”§ 1819. It may not be amiss further to observe, (in the language of another commentator,) that every pretext for intermeddling with the domestic concerns of any state, under colour of protecting it against domestic violence, is taken away by that part of the provision, which renders an application from the legislature, or executive authority of the state endangered necessary to be made to the general government, before its interference can be at all proper [emphasis added]. On the other hand, this article becomes an immense acquisition of strength, and additional force to the aid of any state government, in case of an internal rebellion, or insurrection against its authority. The southern states, being more peculiarly open to danger from this quarter, ought (he adds) to be particularly tenacious of a constitution, from which they may derive such assistance in the most critical periods.” —Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution, Article 4, Section 4.
In other words, preventing the feds from dreaming up any excuse to stick their big, unwanted noses into the affairs of the sovereign states is a higher constitutional priority than getting help from the corrupt feds to suppress domestic terrorism imo.
And we don't want renegade states to work with the feds to bypass Section 4 for the wrong reasons which is why career state Democrats and RINOs also have to go home in 2023.
Again, Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters need to help Trump drain the swamp in both federal and state governments in 2022, both in the primaries and on Election Day.
