You might have a chance. But Trump, well, the courts have shown definitively that they were in on it. Nobody has standing to challenge anything, the FBI's word is taken as gospel, etc. Trump can't even get inside a courtroom about anything except for prosecutors in NY abusing power to go in fishing expeditions for no stated crime (and, again, the courts allow it because ... orange man bad).
