Russia will halt power supply to Finland on Saturday due to lack of payment.
According to Reuters, Russian utility Inter RAO will suspend the power supply to Finland due to non-payment since May 6.
The Finnish grid company said it can replace Russian electricity supply by importing more electricity from Sweden.
Sweden and Finland are both looking to join NATO.

The miscalculation the Soviets are making here is that as all of Europe disconnects from Russia that disconnect is more likely to be permanent. That’s a revenue stream that won’t come back after the war is over.

Wrong. China will buy happily Russia’s vast energy supplies. They just signed a 20 year contract to buy their grains and wheat. They are also as we speak developing a pipeline connecting Russia and China.
Vlad has supplied the west with energy only because it was inexpensive to get it to them. China says the pipeline can be built in less than two years, about the time Brussels ( just announced) said they can “ realistically wean “ themselves from Russian oil/ NG.

By this winter, the EU manufacturing base will be halted by lack of Russian diesel, NG, and the Eurotards will learn what a “ cold “ ( freezing ) war actually is.

Finland until this year always tried to balance things between Russia and the west. Russia doesn’t sell much that is useful so Finland to be nice bought some electricity.

Diesel is a nation’s manufacturing wealth. No diesel, no manufacturing among other things, trucking food, goods, railroads, etc…..
