Joe Biden likes to sell himself as “Middle Class” Joe. But Middle Class Joe declared war on the middle class with executive orders on fossil fuel drilling and killing the Keystone pipeline. Hence, his press conference on reducing inflation left off one thing: he could rescind the aforementioned executive orders. But he didn’t. So its Band-Aids on Band-Aids.
Since Biden was elected President, WTI Crude Oil futures are up 102%. Regular gasoline is up 83% and the lifeline of the shipping industry, diesel, is up 111%. Of course, inflation measures don’t measure the harm to the middle class at 8.5% YoY.
Here is Biden’s speech, blaming everyone but himself for inflation. And then walks away (as usual) when asked a tough question. But he lied. He COULD cancel his executive orders on oil and natural gas exploration, but didn’t. Instead, he blamed Trump and MAGA voters.

The cost of diesel becomes a war on distribution and the already existing crisis in the supply chain
when those fuels for distribution transport are raised at a rate of 111% incraese for those fuels.
I am sure Butt-a-judge will get right on it when he comes off maternity leave.
In 2008 Joe Biden said a gallon of gasoline in America should cost $5.00. I’m not sure what it is that 300 million people and the media find so hard to understand in 2022? Actually adjusted for inflation we’re getting a bargain @$4.29.
So, Joe Biden has been fretting these days about Vladimir Putin having no “off ramp” to get out of the Ukraine war he started. This is both rich and fitting for Joe to point this out since he has been painting himself into such a corner with American domestic policies that he has no off ramp.
Just as Vladimir can only keep doing what he has been doing, that is, wrecking Ukraine at great cost to Russia in terms of lives and treasure, so too does Joe keeping doing the same thing, wrecking America economically, socially, civilly.
We look to Russian leaders, oligarchs, generals, politicians to end Ukraine’s and Russia’s agony by removing Putin. But our own leaders, oligarchs, generals, politicians do nothing to say to Biden, stop, stop this foolish divisive course you are on. Meanwhile the so-called media in both Russia and America stand by idly do nothing, saying nothing, or, even worse, aiding and abetting the destruction of their own nation.
This isn’t Russia collusion on Biden’s part. How could it be called collusion? It is all out in the open, visible to anyone who cares to look. Sad to say, it is simply monkey see, monkey do. And Vlad and Joe are the monkeys.
What does that make the rest of us?
Hey, at least all the inflation is solving the supply chain crisis. Pretty soon Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig will be going out of business too. There are some real positives that can come out of this mess. Fewer deer - vehicle collisions. Spending less time at the in-laws and more time with neighbors. Hopping rail cars for cross country travel. Selling blood for beer money. Using that old Hobo Stews cookbook from your great grandmother’s library collection. Eating the squirrels that are chewing up your attic. Eating disorders will be a real affliction, not just for rich white girls in the suburbs. Dog makes a fine meal.
My diesel bill is running $5,500 every two weeks now. During Trump’s years it was always around $2,000. My rates haven’t risen enough to cover the difference, and lots of other truckers see the same.
By winter, my shipping rates will rise dramatically again.
The left view themselves as the Eloi and all the rest of us as Morloks. They see the middle class as a stair that the Morloks can use to join the Eloi, and they can’t allow that.
This is right out of the Communist handbook. Destroy the middle class so that you are left with toady Oligarchs (elitist Big Tech, Big Banks, etc.) and the peons (that’s us) who can then be easily controlled as they will become dependent on Big Gov’t for their very existence in all aspects of their life. Fight back against this and you will end up in the gulag. Biden is a puppet for his Communist masters, both internal to his regime and externally as a globalist who identifies with other socialist foreign entities.
