The makers of 2000 Mules have cell phone tracking data and drop box videos, but that does not mean they have the names of the mules. I think that getting those names will require law enforcement involvement. I hope that will be forthcoming.

Yes, but True the Vote knows the names and locations of the organizations that gave the mules their phony ballots. That should make it obvious who the votes were for.

I assume the ping data covers several 24 hour days. Track the pings back to the place they stay still for about 8 hours each night (or day) Google the address and use one of the online indexes to find who lives there. Not 100% but close.
