To clarify a point, does “Identified ballot trafficking mules..” mean they know the names of these mules or only the cell number associated with the mule’s ballot stuffing route? I watched the movie, but came away unsure about actual names vs cell phone numbers.
Actually, more than that if you count felons, green card holders and other non-citizens that are part of the census. . .
