Russian official claims U.S. ‘directly participating’ in Ukraine fight as ‘Victory Day’ nears

Russia’s most senior lawmaker on Saturday accused Washington of coordinating military operations in Ukraine, which he said amounted to direct U.S. involvement in military action against Russia.

“Washington is essentially coordinating and developing military operations, thereby directly participating in military actions against our country,” Vyacheslav Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel.

Washington and European members of the transatlantic NATO alliance have supplied Kyiv with heavy weapons to help it resist a Russian offensive that has resulted in the occupation of parts of eastern and southern Ukraine but failed to take Kyiv.

However, the United States and its NATO allies have repeatedly said they will not take part in fighting themselves, in order to avoid becoming parties to the conflict.

U.S. officials have said the United States has provided intelligence to Ukraine to help counter the Russian assault, but have denied that this intelligence includes precise targeting data.

Ukraine and the West say the fascist allegation is baseless, and that Russia has carried out an unprovoked act of aggression. The conflict has killed thousands in Ukraine, and more than five million people have fled the country.

Volodin said foreign advisers had been working in Ukraine since what he called the “coup d’etat,” in an apparent reference to President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s democratic election in 2019.

The rhetoric comes just days ahead of what is known in Russia as “Victory Day” — the May 9 commemoration of the former Soviet efforts against the Nazis in World War Two.

There is speculation Russian President Vladimir Putin will send a warning to the West when he speaks at a parade in Moscow’s Red Square. There is also expected to be a flyover by the Il-80 “doomsday” command plane for the first time since 2010.

At one time, the US would stand for peace and trying diplomacy between nations in order to avoid war.

There has been ZERO effort by the US to find a peaceful solution in Ukraine.

The 'peaceful solution' here was giving Putin, what he wanted..

1.) Partition of Ukraine (Donbas region becoming an independent state, that uses the Russian Federation currency and would largely be controlled by Russia as a puppet)
2.) Recognition of Crimea being territory of the RF
3.) Russian reinstated as the national language of Ukraine
4.) Ukraine becoming a 'non-aligned' state (no EU or NATO).
5.) NATO pulling back to pre-Soviet breakup.

1.) This was not going to happen, the West will not accept a 1938 Czechoslovakia redux. Most of the Ukrainian defenses built over the last 8 years, are in the Donbas region and would leave the country open to a full blitz like attack akin to what later followed the 'Anschluss of Czechoslovakia' as their defenses were concentrated in the region ceded to Germany.
2.) The West would accept Russian annexation of Crimea regardless of accords made with Ukraine as annexation of territory under threat of force or use of force is against the UN Charter, which all member states are held in accordance.
3.) This is a decision that falls under the sovereignty of Ukraine, and not something the US or the West can force upon that country.
4.) Again, this is a decision that falls under the sovereignty of Ukraine. NATO and the EU will 'accept' applications to join, if they no longer wish to join either group then they can 'withdraw' their application.
5.) NATO is not going to dump to the curb any Nation due to another nation not wanting them to be a member of NATO as it is a defensive alliance, and only once in the history of NATO has the alliance been called together under Article 5 (9/11).

This was the 'peaceful solution'.

Talks were still ongoing when Russia began their invasion, at which point they ended. If Russia wishes 'further talks', they can return to where they began.

On that note, sanctions are not going away until either a settlement is made after Russia withdraws and returns Ukrainian territory in full.

It’s Mother’s Day, I wonder how the Putin Puffer cult celebrates women and children being raped by Russian savages?

So is this russian dude going to have a look at history and let us know that providing them arms against Germany in the Lend Lease program in WWII was a bad idea then too?

You can draw that like a sward if you think it will help. But I suspect it will be ineffective when the bombs start dropping. This is 2022, not 1943.

Try thinking outside the Soros box for a minute - who exactly has done the most to further the globalist’s goals? PUTIN.

Without his actually pulling the trigger on this invasion, the Great Reset was dead in the water. Covid had failed.

Move to Plan B - war.

So all of you claiming that Putin is fighting against the globalists are fundamentally flawed in the reality on the ground versus ideology. Yes, the global elite are indeed our greatest enemy - they don’t care about national borders and have zero loyalties to the little people.

As one of the planets richest men, Putin is part of the big boy’s club, not working against it. This war benefits Russia and China directly - or at least their strategic cooperation and economic partnership. They tried to dethrone the dollar as the reserve currency and begin an economic system independent of the dollar, and failed. All it took to counter the economic front of this war was increasing the interest rates to start a huge outflow of cash from Asia.

The food and fertilizer shortages are a direct result of the invasion, coupled with the ownership of vast tracts of US farmland by other members of the globalist cabal.

The globalist’s plans have often failed - but always take millions of lives with them - just look back in history at the players involved in the World Wars.

And who will China side with as things spiral out of control? What will they do?

Again, all the ingredients for a world war seem to falling into place.

And at a time when we need leadership there is none.

No, they were told to Eff-off by the Ukrainians.....

Oh, they were all killed by the "Ghost of Kyiv"....

Nevermind, those were all fabrications

But we must believe this story!

The Russians are right. More Neocon provocation.

True. That said, Putin's favorite, the KGB, set that standard back in Vietnam.

Russia can stop murdering innocent women and children. Go back home.

Are you referring to those being used as human shields by the Azov Battalian, Zelinsky’s most effective fighters? The same tactic has been employed by peace loving dictators all over the world.

“it was Ukrainian radicals and neo-Nazis who were holding hostage whole towns and cities and were making use of citizens as human shields. They were not allowing civilians to leave cities despite the fact that there were humanitarian corridors and that Russian units had declared a ceasefire.”

“Mayor of Sumy, Alexander Lysenko, together with the commander of the national battalion: “There will not be any green corridors. No civilians will leave to Russia and those who try to will be shot dead.””

Well, I hope not.

Sadly, it may not matter whether or not it’s true. If the Russians believe it’s true, they might attack NATO and ... God help us if that happens.

Sorry, I forgot that the actual details are so boring to you, especially if they contradict the Biden administration / Soros narrative.

Many here defend his invasion.

And you give far too much power to Obama - or Biden’s handlers. The real decisions are made far away from actual politics, but instead in boardrooms of companies like Vanguard and Black Rock. The Fed is owned by a few families, and they also own the World Bank and IMF. Politics is the bread and circuses of the modern world, to keep our eyes and anger off the true evil behind it all.

The money people make their profits from chaos - always have.

Obama and his meat puppet have always done the bidding of Black Rock. "Too big to fail" transferred billions to those companies.

The other thing they want is a one world government because the WEF is a puppet of the globalists as well.

The fastest way to the great reset is a limited nuclear war and Biden/Putin are playing their roles perfectly.

If the great reset does not happen soon, the midterms and 2024 will change the playing field again and they will have to wait.

It is the perfect time to collapse it all with war, inflation, food shortages, etc. so it can be replaced with something that "works for all people equally"

There isn’t much we can do. Russia has unreasonable demands, and by invading they’ve proven their demands are unreasonable. When 1 side demands the other be defenseless, and then invades, 3rd parties can’t do anything. Russia needs to go home, stop being stupid, and accept the fact that at no time has Ukraine actually wanted to be a part of them, then move on.

Russian foreign policy is simple. Just blame everyone else and lie as much as possible. This has never changed. Their own actions are dismissed as inconsequential. Every perceived slight against them is hyperbolized into the stratosphere.
