There's Really No Escape Now That He's Laid Out Most Of the Organized RICO Conspiracy Against Donald Trump
Attending Threadfest in Nashville sucked a lot of the oxygen out of me the past week and a half so I'm aware I’m way behind on keeping up with the latest Durham filings.
So here’s a brief summary of what happened the past week and a half:
Durham suckered Hillary for America [HFA], the DNC, Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS and Rodney Joffe into sudden furious activity where they rushed to the court in D.C. to file Motions To Intervene in the case he is prosecuting against former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann.
He did that by suddenly dropping trial subpoenas on certain people affiliated with Hillary for America and the DNC, where they were going to be compelled to come to court and specifically testify under oath before the jury about assertions of attorney client privilege they had made regarding certain documents.
It was Sussmann’s own defense team that let the trial subpoenas out of the bag by making an outraged filing in the court docket about it, demanding Judge Cooper quash the subpoenas

There’s a lot of pessimism here about Durham successfully moving this forward, the Judge being an Obama appointee, and so on, but there is one little fact that I think should brighten the outlook. PDJT has his own suit pending against HFA et.al, and he can not only use this as a roadmap in his suit, he can use this to set perjury traps of his own in the civil litigation. Yall might not trust Durham to push this, but how about PDJT?

I went through something like this at the company I worked for. A VP, my immediate boss, was embezzling. I knew it but it took me a year to get enough concrete proof to take to the President. After I presented my case to the Pres of the company he said he would look into it.
I had worked there long enough to know how he operated. He would talk to the Police and request an undercover white collar crime detective be assigned to the case. He also hired a private detective to investigate.
It took three years before the VP was called in to a surprise meeting in the big conference room. I imagine he was surprised by being escorted out in handcuffs to the applause of the management team.
Four years from discovery by someone who would report it to the arrest.

I would only be satisfied if Mrs. Bill Clinton goes to prison where she belongs.
And she should’ve been there a long time ago for “giving” the Russians all of those Secret and Top-Secret documents.
It appears that Durham's approach so far is to approach the case as if FBI/DoJ was completely fooled by Sussmann and possibly the HRC campaign.
INADEQUATE! This is the first Deep State coup d'etat against a duly elected POTUS + many in the media were in on the coup - and were paid! Followed up by two Deep State impeachment attacks against the same POTUS {although the second comedy play was never a real impeachment.} In both 'impeachment' attempts the president's Constitutional human rights were stolen from him!
It will all happen again if elected officials do not bow to the globalist Deep State.

Bill Still quoted an unnamed NBC producer as having seen Hillary say this to Brazile and some other aides after an interview with Matt Lauer that went poorly.
Sounds like they relied on lawyers to consul them.
I caught a general cashier at a hotel stealing and fired her immediately. I had all the evidence. She begged for her job ,sob story and all until I said I’d just call the police.

Here is an anecdote that I hope will help anyone who catches white collar crime.
We were able to present our evidence to an Assistant US Attorney in a district that shall not be named. The guy was super sharp and had a huge ego to match.
He and his staff listened politely but it was obvious they were bored by the presentation and were not going to do anything about it.
The meeting ended and I walked up to the Assistant US Attorney.
“The perp is a lot smarter than you. You will never be able to convict him.”
The Assistant US Attorney scowled at me and stormed out of the room.
He nailed the perp to the wall—in a matter of weeks!

And that’s where Durham has been all this time. It sounds like he has them all trapped and he’s just tidying up some loose ends. I pray that he has adequate security 24 hrs a day. Hillary must be very busy writing a list of upcoming suicides.
I, for one, am going to PRAY for Durham and JUSTICE to be done!! PRAY!!!
