I'm in mask-free Virginia (thank you Governor Youngkin) and every day I drive past a college university and the number of healthy young people walking around outside still wearing masks is depressing. This generation is absolutely terrified of Covid.

Even more perplexing are the people who continue to wear masks as chin protectors.

Why are you walking around in a mask-free state with a mask around your chin?

A while ago I stopped outside the lobby of a bank and put on a mask. As I was doing so, I commented to some guy walking into the bank: “You know it wasn’t that long ago that putting on a mask before going into a bank would cause a panic.” His response? “I’ll be glad when those days come back.”

Saw a guy riding a motorcycle with his mask on, it was sunny and the sunlight would cook the virus quickly.

He was not wearing a helmet. So if he had wrecked his head would be split open like a smashed watermelon but at least he wouldn’t have the ‘rona (assuming the mask even worked).
