Obama is not in charge, he wasn’t in charge when he was there. What you saw was a charismatic former President in the room who easily overshadowed Biden and exposed him for the pathetic soul he is. The man was totally lost and it was sad to watch.
Obama has had to come out because Hillary is making her power play, especially in the foreign policy and intelligence areas of the Biden administration.
