Hard to see how 1390 would be constitutional at the state or federal level, but who knows these days. Looks to me the California AG is setup to be the judge, jury and executioner in this bill if passed.

For my work, I analyze California legislation and codes and this is the only site I recommend to view either. Thank you for sharing the link.

Silly me, thinking this farce was finally ending

Only one thing has stopped tyrants throughout history, and it’s not talking, legislating, or negotiating. The only way we have any hope of getting our country back is by ending tyranny by ending the tyrants. That choice is inevitable, the only question is how much worse we will let things get before we fully realize it.

The United States only exists because the nation’s founders, after exercising extraordinary patience and exhausting all peaceful means, finally lost patience with the king and his arrogance and responded in the only way that tyrants understand.. And they weren’t experiencing half the indignities we are.

I just got an email from Kevin Kiley that AB1993, the vax mandate for employees and independent contractors, was pulled! One down, nine to go.

In a better world, one with a Constitution-respecting federal Congress, Californians could contact their federal representatives and request that proposed California laws be monitored for compliance with the Constitution's guarantee of republican form of government for each states, also state respect for constitutionally enumerated rights.

Excerpted from the 14th Amendment:

Insights welcome.

A bunch of virtue signalling.

Most of it unenforceable because the vast majority of the population will not comply.

If you go in for a blood test and they find you have covid antibodies, and you never felt sick or knew you had covid, why would you get another booster?

It seems to me that document is not being used anymore. The politicians were afraid for a while, tiptoeing around... but now I suspect they’re really going to stretch their legs.

It’s not about Covid.

It’s about tyranny, start to finish.

Smart man/woman. If you’re on here, I’m betting wherever you go, they’ll love to have you. Unlike the liberal invaders that destroy everything.

“You say it is totally false but this is the actual text from the bill, the first sentence:”

That is the second sentence! Here is the first:

SB 1390, as amended, Pan. Businesses: internet privacy: minors. Social media platforms: amplification of harmful content.
