Interesting because there are people whose livelihoods are destroyed or put in jeopardy because they DID NOT take the jab...Wonder if that scenario counts as a vax injury?!
In America, you can pretty much sue anybody for anything, as long as you have enough dough to keep feeding the lawyers.
(OK, I'll be serious.) The Left is going to have to find some group to hang the debacle on, and all the attempts for anyone not in "the club" to keep indemnity is going to be overthrown.
Hard to have dough when you are out of a job—I have a family member whose last day is Monday.

The exact reason the CDC and Pfizer wants to slow walk the release the clinical trial documents. Good thing the judge isn’t having any of it.
And as you said, the immunity granted is now worthless because of all the fraud.
Going to need a lot more than four additional defense attorneys.
