WASHINGTON, March 24 (Reuters) - Donald Trump on Thursday sued Hillary Clinton and several other Democrats, alleging they tried to rig the 2016 U.S. presidential election by tying his campaign to Russia.
"Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty," the former president alleged in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Florida.
Trump, who beat Democratic nominee Clinton in the 2016 presidential election, alleges "racketeering" and a "conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood," among other claims.

Why is this a CIVIL suit? Why isn’t this a criminal conspiracy trial? This CANNOT be legal (to make up false stories about your opponent?)
I won’t be a total pessimist until after this year’s election cycle. For example, Romney, Liz Cheney and other key RINOs may get booted along with R’s gaining control of both houses. That would be cause for guarded optimism.

The Lawyers behind this suit have given up on Old John Durham.
I believe his last two filings were delays and extension requests.
His first Indictment was a man that threatened Adam Schiff on the Internet.
Could this become something like the “wrongful death” suit against O J Simpson by the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, where all the real forensic evidence and testimony came out (for Trump this would be expert documented, testimony and forensic evidence that the election was stolen and fraudulent) and no shenanigans by Democrat bureaucrats, Court Judges or the Supreme Court will interfere or prevail and the case won on the merits of the evidence and common sense of 12 honest and unbiased men and women of the jury?
A civil procedure will not result in jail time. Just tort compensation, if allowed to go forward.

I hope he does a better job at finding evidence against Killary than he did at proving voter fraud in the 2020 election. 46 lawsuits and nothing to show for it. Nada. Zilch.
