Crazy mazey sinks again. LSATs? Enough to get into law school with a donation from her dad and a boost for racial equity. In the end, not everyone finishes top of the class and I don't know where katangee ended up. Would she form opinions on the written consititution or the "living" constitution.

What do they call the person who graduated last in medical school?

Doctor.

Would it be repugnant if I asked to see Macy Hirono’s high school diploma? Because I have my doubts.

The goal of any Democrat SCOTUS nomination is to fundamentally transform (destroy) our nation.

Have we looked at any other Supreme Court nominees LSATs? Anyway, I doubt those test scores will be the negstives about her.

A quick question: Have lots of conservatives been throwing poop and pee on the doors of Congress, vandalizing public property and committing other crimes, rioting, and otherwise losing their minds over this gal lately? (Has this happened at all?)

Liberals freaked over DT’s SCOTUS choices. They’re STILL freaking, even though the deal is done. Someone politely asks for Ms Jackson’s college scores and he’s probably going to get death threats over it.

I’m thinking we no longer owe liberals an opportunity to express themselves.

If Capeheart is so sure of her brilliance he should be thrilled to have the score released.

I don’t agree with Tucker on foreign policy, but I do admire his fearlessness on some topics. These are valid questions to ask, but office workers are leery about bringing up these subjects at the water cooler, never mind a talk show host at risk from advertiser boycotts.

The LSAT is part word game, part essay. Frankly, its connection to the actual practice of law is tenuous at best. That said...why won't she release her test scores? SCOTUS is kind of, you know, like super important.

I don’t really care what her scores were, but I think she has said or written several things that I definitely find repugnant

It really doesn't matter. Two reasons: 1.) It is racist and sexist to nominate a justice based on their race and sex. Just by going along with the charade it is racist and sexist. 2.) Anyone appointed by Biden will be a leftist. That's an immediate disqualification.

Confirmation hearings should solely about destroying the leftist sitting there. Republicans need to fight every day and in every way to destroy leftist policies and leftist personally. It is not the time to be nice and write polite letters. That does not work.

Capehart is married to “husband”, Nick Schmit, a former assistant chief of protocol at the State Department.

I hate to go with the Leftists here, but the Jackson’s LSAT is no one’s business except Jackson and universities to which she applied.

There is plenty in her judicial records and her published opinions on which to judge her.

There’s long been a sense that affirmative action programs devalue the achievements of those who benefit from those programs. Now, ironically, those programs are devaluing the schools themselves. Ketanji Brown Jackson went to Harvard Law. So what? Now that only tells you that Harvard is woke, not that they provide the best law education.

That would be racisss to expose their inferiority and special handling.

Easy solution: demand standardized test scores for all nominees and sitting justices, because such tests are proxies for IQ. By all appearances, Carlson is fishing for evidence that Jackson, despite a relatively low IQ, “achieved” due to racial preferences and politics. Biden put this issue in play when he made it clear that his nominees would be picked on racial, gender, and political criteria rather than intellect or judicial excellence.

Assuming Jackson has a low IQ because she is black is indeed racist. If she turns out to have had stellar SAT and/or LSAT scores, Carlson will look like a horse’s arse (I doubt he is too worried, since if she had high scores, we’d have seen them). Nor is it necessarily true that super high IQ and test scores make for a superior justice.

For the Harvard undergrad Class of 1995, (she was 1992) was 1290 for Blacks, 1400 for whites and 1450 for Asians, Blacks were admitted at almost double the percentage as both whites and blacks that year.

For Harvard Law classes of ‘96-98, (she was ‘96) blacks scored an average of 9.3 points less on the LSAT than whites who scored 2.4 points higher than Asians. The average accepted LSAT during that time was 170-172. It would be interesting how much affirmative action she received.

At that time, blacks scored the lowest on both tests of all groups, whites, Asians, Hispanics and Native Americans yet were accepted in higher percentages to Harvard and Harvard Law than any other group.
