Do to personal reasons I need to leave this website for good, how can I go about getting my account deleted?

The usual way is to write a humiliating "farewell opus" and let the moderators do the rest.
No opus, no account deletion. It's in the terms of service.

Maybe they were working as part of government contract to spread propaganda on social media and the contract's up.
Knowing that the CDC spent taxpayer money on ABCCBSCNNFOXNBCNPRNYTWAPO to spread propaganda, there were certainly other contracts.

All kidding aside, I and others hope all is well. A perusal through some of his postings lead me to believe his actions are intended to avoid future job related troubles.
That there are organizations out there that would get very irate at people visiting Free Republic is quite true.
But sometimes you have to work for who you work for.
