Bear spray is less potent. Pepper spray is more concentrated for close in encounters or social work.
Bear Spray comes in big cans and is meant to be used from a distance to create a giant cloud because of a bear’s greater sense of smell.

I agree 1000%. Recruiting the best of the best is the way it should be done. Too bad it does not work that way in real life. Gotta make room for the legacy and diversity admits. In reality, worthy candidates with a few lower marks but superior all around skills more often than not outperform the top tier paper tigers with perfect resumes when all is said and done but the well connected and diversity admits are increasing in percentage and crowding out the smart people which really hurts institutionally.

I don’t know about Chinese, but Southeast Asians are a cash only society because they don’t trust banks. They keep their savings in gold. For example, the town where I live, population about 60,000, has 8 separate gold shops.
