Four months ago, Alec Baldwin shot a woman dead.
There’s no doubt about what happened, no ambiguity.
The actor was the one holding the gun that discharged live ammunition that killed film cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, 42, and also wounded director Joel Souza.
Of course, nobody believes Baldwin did this on purpose.
It was clearly a terrible, horrendous accident, and the result of appalling safety protocol failures on the set of his Western movie, “Rust.”
But he still did it.
The gun was in his hand when it fired a deadly bullet into his co-worker’s body and snuffed out her life.
Nobody else’s hands were anywhere near the gun.
Therefore, regardless of what went on before it went off, Baldwin was ultimately responsible for Hutchins’ death.
Yet ever since that dreadful day, he has been engaged in a woefully self-pitying PR tour cynically designed to make people think HE was just as much a victim as the woman he killed.

Alec Baldwin can deny it all he wants, but he killed Halyna Hutchins.
And no amount of desperate Hollywood career-saving spin can change that simple fact.
So he should shut up with his deluded, self-serving bull---- that’s causing so much added pain to the family of his victim.
The only talking I now want to hear from him is in a courtroom.

Just imagine if, instead of going into instant denial, Baldwin had rushed to offer whatever aid he could, attempted to calm his co-workers, rode in the ambulance with one of the victims, waited at the hospital for friends and family to arrive, had his publicist issue an immediate press release detailing the accident, and how devastated he was that he was at the very least partially responsible for it, and unhesitatingly assisted law enforcement in the investigation.
There would obviously have been a large settlement, probably mostly paid by the production’s insurors, but the world would have looked at him as a man who took responsibility for his actions, and probably even sympathized with him.
But that didn’t happen. This screen hero turned out to be a coward in real life.
Courtroom? Has he been charged?
He should get the same sentence or worse than the female police officer who accidently shot the criminal who was wildly resisting arrest.
At least, he's trying to convince others that he's convinced.

I’d rather he be spoken about.. in the obits.
The sheriff and DA have probably been paid off and he will not be charged. He still has civil suits, which will probably be settled. He probably will not appear in a courtroom, but will have to give depositions.
Halyna Hutchins didn’t kill herself...
Maybe true only 2 victims. The Director of Cinematography, who was killed, and the Director, who was wounded. The others who were there are suing to get some kind of settlement.
Apparently the wheels of justice have grinded to a halt here, nothing has been done.
Liberals like Baldwin love to take credit for things they’re not responsible for and never take blame for anything they are.

No it didn't. Why? Because Baldwin is an empty headed, soulless being with no clue how to treat people or offer comfort to anyone.
He just doesn't know how.
Unless Arrec Barwin has been active in tort reform he needs to STFU about being sued. Actually how about just STFU altogether.
This Ahole will never be charged. Sue him into oblivion. Take everything.
