Never underestimate the home court advantage.
Brits made that mistake in 1775.

Finland, 1939 - but this time Russia is a shell of its former self.
Putin has become the Biden of Russia.
Russians thought they were just going to waltz in like the Taliban did in Afghanistan.
This is from someone who declared “Mission Accomplished” in Iraq one month after we went in.
You’ve got that right - all the soldiers, ammunition, and food has to be trucked hundreds of miles. If the supply convoys are hit, there is no backup. The Ukrainian fighters can knock on any door and get a meal.
When was the last time Russia won a war by itself?
1800’s or before?
“If Ukraine manages to hold the Russians off for 10 days, then the Russians will have to enter negotiations”
Another thing is next week it goes above freezing in Ukraine.
With that comes the “mud season.” The month long period where Ukrainian soils turn to mud that has caused just as many problems for invading armies as the Russian winter.

$20 billion a day? Who did the calculations?
I feel the brunt of the trauma is going to be dealt to all the families of Russian war dead :( -— HORRIBLE.
Unfortunately the only way to fight and win this kind of war is to emulate the Nazis in ‘39 & ‘40. In their tactics and in their brutality.
And the brutality part will always come back to haunt the aggressors.
So, in the long term, there is no way to win this kind of war.
WHEN A TITLE IS ALL CAPITAL LETTERS THE WRITER IS NOT CONFIDENT.
“This is from someone who declared “Mission Accomplished” in Iraq one month after we went in.”
The lessons America has learned at great cost is that while invasions can be easy occupations are hard.
Putin is learning that invasions can also be be pretty hard.
I understand Russian troops are already experiencing military shortages
Call me skeptical.
Should have knocked out Kiev’s lights and water the very first day.
DON’T UNDERESTIMATE PUTIN! (as long as we’re yelling)
