Of course it would be possible to rape a man. It would depend on the strength or health of the parties and their mental conditions, and if both were healthy and sane, the woman could use restraints or drugs.
Imagine it happening to your son while he was asleep or your elderly dad with dementia. It’s still a horrific rape.
