My wife over a decade ago attended a lecture for MDs, RNs re prevention of strokes and post stroke PT’s.
Their major theme was what you posted re “Get up and walk!”
One of the lecturers said that they seldom saw RNs, who walked around and never sit except for a quick lunch having strokes.
Most of the lecturers recommended a baby aspirin.
Her current cardio doc/and FP still recommend a baby aspirin. Both of them recommend taking the aspirin at night before going to bed.
Since, I had a cardiac stent implanted, my PPO actually allows baby aspirin as an approved drug for me for a few bucks every 3 months.
Lets be clear. It is fact poison. If not immediately it will be down the road. A whole world will suffer.
Now we know why the “vaccines,” which really aren’t, are called clot shots.

Blood clots ARE normal. For example, if you cut yourself (assuming you’re relatively healthy), you develop a blood clot on the site of the injury. Called a scab.
If you’re like me and you ride motorcycles and slam-dance, or if you are like an athlete and get rough out on the field, then you will injure your deeper veins and arteries sometimes. This won’t produce bleeding on the surface but there might be bleeding or thrombosis to the vein/artery. This is where clotting in the traditional sense comes from. (Injury also predisposes one to osteoarthritis, and other things.)
Here’s where there’s a glitch as far as what we are able to observe and what we’re being told:
Doctors are currently trying to get people to STOP taking aspirin (a traditional, plant-based cure for pain and inflammation) because it’s bad for your stomach and start taking acetaminophen. Which we’ve known for a long time leads to heart problems. Doctors who are sane still recommend aspirin for people with pain and who are at risk for heart attack. In fact, they will (some of them) tell you that if you start having severe chest pain, you should take an aspirin. (You big dummy.)
One of the stories I’ve told on this board involves a gal in my old neighborhood telling me her mother had died of a stroke THREE DAYS after her physician advised her to stop taking aspirin. Hm. Aspirin thins the blood. This reduces the risk for clotting problems. And doctors are telling us not to take it because it might cause stomach problems. (I don’t know about you but sometimes I will take aspirin if I have stomach pain related to gas. What can I say? Yo quiero Taco Bell.)
Again, I’ve worked for vascular surgeons in the past. I’ve transcribed reports where the doc is pulling clot material out of an artery or vein. Sometimes you will have a clot that they DON’T WANT TO BREAK UP OR DISSOLVE because of the risk pieces of it will get into your heart and cause cardiac arrest, or into your lung and cause pulmonary embolus - extremely painful and effed-up way to die - OR into your brain and cause a stroke. They have all these sophisticated ways of dealing with clots: Little wire baskets that fit into a vein or artery and pull the clot out; a wire like a drain snake that breaks the clot up so they can remove the pieces with a thing like a tongs, and so on.
A variant of this is varicose veins - veins that don’t have a normal outlet anymore and get full of invalid blood. Almost everyone over the age of 45 knows about this. Think of how bad your varicose veins hurt and then multiply that by 100. That’s a bad vascular clot with damage to the vein - sometimes they can repair that but it turns into a sticky wicket, as if you’re in that bad a shape, you’re going to need other veins replaced, too! Ka-CHING, BABY!!
Anyway, a lot of guys in their middleaged to later years will have things like leg clots because of old injuries from playing sports or being involved in industry.
Some people just are born predisposed to clotting problems, like the Tsar Nicholas’s son. But everyone has some kind of issue with blood clots in his/her life. They are normal.
The difference between a normal clot like a scab or blood clot from an old injury and one of these weird-a$$ micro-clots from the antiplatelet agents in the vaccine is that if you have a NORMAL BLOOD CLOT you are bound to know it. Yeah, if you’re a yokel somewhere out in the hills you may think it’s evil spirits or something causing EXTREME PAIN in one of your limbs, but you’ll still know you have it.
Sometimes you don’t know you have a blood clot until it kills you - as in the case of a pulmonary embolus - but you will have done something, or something will have happened to you, to cause it.
In the case of these so-called “vaccines” causing teeny weeny blot clots that nevertheless can kill you if you get one into the wrong part of your body, you did nothing to deserve or set yourself up for what you got, except trust the government.
Which, to all appearances, wants you dead. (It wants me dead, too. We’re all in this together.)

There are many sound reasons not to trust these “vaccines.” It’s depressing to see people defend them without question.
