Two intriguing points about the Durham allegations
American Thinker.com ^ | February 16, 2022 | Andrea Widburg

There are few people who have followed the Russia collusion hoax as closely as Dan Bongino. That’s why I made sure to listen to his podcast the Monday after the story broke regarding John Durham’s allegations about the Hillary campaign spying on Trump Tower, Trump’s apartment, and the White House. Sure enough, Bongino had a couple of interesting points to make. Also, I’ll share with you my predictions about what’s going to happen on the Hillary side of things.

When I wrote about the Durham motion to investigate potential conflicts of interest between Michael Sussman and his attorney, the law firm of Latham & Watkins, I focused on the core point, which was that Hillary’s campaign, acting through the Perkins Coie law firm, spied on Trump. Bongino, though, had a few more subtle points to make. You can watch his video here, of course, but here are the two main takeaways:

First, I missed something very important in Durham’s motion. Here’s what Durham wrote at paragraph 5: “The Government’s evidence at trial will also establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic pertaining to....”

What Bongino caught is that Durham wrote “among the Internet data...was domain name system...Internet traffic.” That strongly implies that DNS information, which simply means sites accessed, isn’t the only information involved. It’s possible that Durham can show that there is other Internet data that the Hillary camp exploited, things such as emails or shared documents.

Second, Bongino thinks that the real bombshell in this is that Durham is warning Sussman that Latham & Watkins is a very dangerous law firm to have representing him.

-- The only way Durham can be fired is if he's accused of gross misconduct. --

Here is the pertinent cite ...

(d) The Special Counsel may be disciplined or removed from office only by the personal action of the Attorney General. The Attorney General may remove a Special Counsel for misconduct, dereliction of duty, incapacity, conflict of interest, or for other good cause, including violation of Departmental policies. The Attorney General shall inform the Special Counsel in writing of the specific reason for his or her removal.

28 CFR 600.7 - Conduct and accountability.

Burisma, 10% for the big guy, Chinese Energy Companies, etc, yes Biden is totally involved in all the mess in Washington.

Remember, John Ratcliffe the former DNI under Trump said over the weekend that Brennan’s handwritten notes indicated he briefed both Obama and Biden about Hillary’s plan to smear Trump over Russia, Biden knew what went on which makes him part of the conspiracy.

It’s systemic rot. The institutions are up to their ears. Congress, DOJ, all of it is rotten. Hamstringing the interloper, Trump, was all hands on deck.

He will so long as he doesn’t go to far, given everything the Democrats have gotten away with, I don’t see how anyone could not see them getting rid of Durham if he gets to close to the top of this mess.

If Biden takes down the CLINTON CRIME FAMILY, then WE can take down The BIG GUY’s CRIMA FAMILY! The CCF MUST go down FIRST!

“but NOBODY of any importance...including Osama Obama (or his posse) and The Former Twelfth Lady (or her posse) will ever be forced to enter a plea to ANYTHING.”

Could be, but also keep in mind that Skunk Cabbage’s media protectors are now pulling out the knives, and for me at least, just getting her out of the picture where she NEVER had power over my family is a major victory.

You absolutely can’t get around charging Strzok, Lisa Page, and Somma - at a minimum. There are more, believe me, beyond those that should be charged.

You sound like the AG Lawyer in "Absence of Malice" when he keeps saying to Paul Newman, "We knew that"...It was a pro hit man from new joisy.

No. Cankles will NOT “be offered up,” nor will she agree to be “offered up.”

As she said, if she goes down she’ll take half of Washington with her.

Believe her.

Which is why the GOP still has no interest in taking her down.

One other point that is easliy overlooked. Durham is not qualifed to be Special Counsel. That infirmity is another justification that the DOJ can use to get rid of the pest, if he is even a pest.

Close him out with a finding of "improvidently appointed."

(a) An individual named as Special Counsel shall be a lawyer with a reputation for integrity and impartial decisionmaking, and with appropriate experience to ensure both that the investigation will be conducted ably, expeditiously and thoroughly, and that investigative and prosecutorial decisions will be supported by an informed understanding of the criminal law and Department of Justice policies. The Special Counsel shall be selected from outside the United States Government. Special Counsels shall agree that their responsibilities as Special Counsel shall take first precedence in their professional lives, and that it may be necessary to devote their full time to the investigation, depending on its complexity and the stage of the investigation.

28 CFR S: 600.3 - Qualifications of the Special Counsel.

This is all to allow Durham to get his “Big Fish” (sorry) and to remove the Clintons. Period.

The Clintoons know where all the bodies are buried. How is a deep state Durham going to bring her down without the wrathful witch burning the whole place down and taking them with her?

GOP sans Trump.

Trump would take her down, but was informed early that there would be zero congressional support.

I hope Durham has full-time security at least as good as the guards who “watched” the execution of Jeffery Epstein!

Dems will never be convicted of anything in DC. The opposite is true for Republicans, always found guilty.

Ok, here’s a question. Which of those named or to be named and charged by Durham will be the first to sign their death warrant by flipping on Hillary? This has the potential to get Verrrrry Interesting ! Dare I say I dream too much?

“GOP sans Trump”

To say that makes no sense.

At 77 I am not now, nor have I ever been a member of the Republican party. Still, I am more of a Republican than Mr. Trump has EVER been.
He is a pragmatist who saw the benefit of wearing the “R” brand during his venture into politics. For the most part, he was correct. The GOP saw what it perceived to be value in having him in their stable to act as a foil for JEB. The GOP was wrong.

What people fail to realize is that Mr. Trump is using the GOP, not the other way around. Mr. Trump only cares about what he feels is best for our Nation! The two, man and party, are NOT one...never were...never will be...and for that, I thank God...something this nation should do also

I disagree. If you go down the party platform even pre-Trump, on issues such as gun rights, abortion, and so on, he would have a higher score than almost any other elected Republican.

The “conservative index.”
