There are few people who have followed the Russia collusion hoax as closely as Dan Bongino. That’s why I made sure to listen to his podcast the Monday after the story broke regarding John Durham’s allegations about the Hillary campaign spying on Trump Tower, Trump’s apartment, and the White House. Sure enough, Bongino had a couple of interesting points to make. Also, I’ll share with you my predictions about what’s going to happen on the Hillary side of things.
When I wrote about the Durham motion to investigate potential conflicts of interest between Michael Sussman and his attorney, the law firm of Latham & Watkins, I focused on the core point, which was that Hillary’s campaign, acting through the Perkins Coie law firm, spied on Trump. Bongino, though, had a few more subtle points to make. You can watch his video here, of course, but here are the two main takeaways:
First, I missed something very important in Durham’s motion. Here’s what Durham wrote at paragraph 5: “The Government’s evidence at trial will also establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic pertaining to....”
What Bongino caught is that Durham wrote “among the Internet data...was domain name system...Internet traffic.” That strongly implies that DNS information, which simply means sites accessed, isn’t the only information involved. It’s possible that Durham can show that there is other Internet data that the Hillary camp exploited, things such as emails or shared documents.
Second, Bongino thinks that the real bombshell in this is that Durham is warning Sussman that Latham & Watkins is a very dangerous law firm to have representing him.

We’ll know Durham is getting close to people who are high up in the Clinton Campaign to include Hillary herself, when Democrats start demanding that Biden’s DOJ fire Durham.
Is there any doubt in anyone’s mind that Merrick Garland would be more than happy to fire Durham if requested by Biden ?
My impression is, that nobody of significance is ever going to see punishment. The people mentioned, Biden, Obama, Hillary may be the top politicians mentioned, but realistically the actual tax payer funded machinery that did the heavy lifting is even more dangerous. Politicians come and go, but a corrupt government a Republic can not long stand. Durham real work is to expose not only the politicians and party, but to expose the government funded agencies and contractors. The true story, regardless of how many convictions, will not settle well with the voting masses.
What Hillary didn’t consider was that Biden will be gone soon enough and Trump will be back.

You absolutely can’t get around charging Strzok, Lisa Page, and Somma - at a minimum. There are more, believe me, beyond those that should be charged.
We’ll see if it’s real or not.

The #JihadJunta and the Clinton Crime Cabal are mortal enemies. Durham is as Deep State as they come. This is all to allow Durham to get his “Big Fish” (sorry) and to remove the Clintons. Period.
The tech geek who did the ‘work’ will get cyber crime charges, and I don’t see how he avoids minimum of twenty years.
Whoever in the campaign that arranged this, and authorized payment of funds to the geek...is likely to get charged, and they probably will be in the 20-year range.
Beyond that, a whole lot of people will get zero charges but get dragged to a House hearing on this in spring of 2023 (GOP in charge). They may avoid jail, but the reputation of a dozen folks is going to sink pretty deep and they won’t be showing up on CNN/MSNBC much after that period.
Hillary, by summer of 2023....is finished in eyes of the public.
After several years when will people realize we have two teirs of accountability in our legal system now.

The only way Durham can be fired is if he's accused of gross misconduct. Barr made certain of that by appointing him as Special Council.

Merrick Garland can remove Durham the real reason won’t matter if asked to Remove Durham, Garland will come up with the appropriate reason.
Here is the statute:
(d) The Special Counsel may be disciplined or removed from office only by the personal action of the Attorney General. The Attorney General may remove a Special Counsel for misconduct, dereliction of duty, incapacity, conflict of interest, or for other good cause, including violation of Departmental policies.
After reading the statute there should be no doubt that Garland could remove Durham. Before any removal of Durham, the case will be made in the media that Durham is a russian stooge, violated DOJ procedures or any number of other reasons.

DEMOCRATS are LAW-LESS because REPUBLICANS are BALL-LESS!
The problem is Biden is involved in the crimes, it’s mutual assured destruction (MAD) between the Obama, Clinton, Biden clans, they won’t turn on each other consider they are all up to the ears in this mess.
Biden was not TOTALLY involved like HILLIARY and Obama!
Never going to happen, Durham will head this investigation till the very end.
