Former National Review editor, The Dispatch co-founder, and NeverTrumper Jonah Goldberg is joining the thinning ranks of CNN, according to a report earlier this week in Variety.
I believe this is known as “shaking hands with Jeffrey Toobin.”
The entertainment paper says that Goldberg “will appear on CNN programs as news networks gear up for the 2022 midterm elections” starting on March 1.
Goldberg left his post at Fox News (along with Dispatch cofounder Steven Hayes) last November in a principled huff, we’re assured, over Tucker Carlson’s “Patriot Purge” broadcast.
We’ve seen this act before. Goldberg will likely fall into the role of the “concerned conservative” at a far-left network, earning his keep by crapping on conservatives.

Adios Jonah baby!
Lateral move.
CNN is will be discovery and there will be a Rennaissance, a new birth.
Jonah is a clue

Scrambling for a lifeboat on a sinking ship.
Scrambling out of a lifeboat onto a sinking ship....................
I believe this is known as “shaking hands with Jeffrey Toobin.”
Ewwww!
To paraphrase Churchill:
Jonah we already established what you are, now it was just about the price.
Its a good thing - no real conservative outlet of any kind would want them.
So to put food on the table, these Quislings had to officially throw their lot in with Nazis
Good riddance to bad rubbish.
CNN were self respect goes to die.
See what's happening here?
I hope a whale swallows that SOB!
“... earning his keep by crapping on conservatives.”
Indeed. That’s exactly what I’d expect.
It’s kinda sad what happened to the guy. Back in the ‘90s, Jonah and his mom were on the frontlines against the Clinton crime machine. He was always in the “neo con” camp, but he was utterly transformed by his blind, irrational hatred of Donald Trump. Heck, he and David French left anti-Trump National Review because even it wasn’t anti-Trump enough.
I don’t think his mother was against Trump. She enjoyed it when Trump invited all of Clinton’s sexual assault victims to the debate.
Took me quite a while to figure him out-—both he and Stephen Hayes are the worst kind of gatekeepers. He belongs on CNN, which I guess will be “reimagining” itself as “the NEW CNN”.
I mean how could you work for National Review and then head CNN? That’s like a real show of colors, there.
Who cares, no one watches CNN anyway.
Tell me, though, why to their news stories pop to the top of the search engines? CNN, and the dishonest Business Insider?
