It looks like a well-done fake. A hard-hit batted ball would take about three seconds max to get to that spot on the wall and the girl would have to have world-record speed just to get to the wall, much less climb it. Ball girls are usually SITTING on a bench in very shallow left/right field, so would have to run forty to sixty yards just to get to the fence.
Looking at some video clips on youtube of some who are working for professional clubs I can see they have the same policy,. Not a unattractive e girl in the bunch.
But then even an unattractive girl is someones daughter, and as I look back at my youth, the best ballers were not the most attractive ones.
It isn’t that she caught the ball but what she had to do to grab it. She had her back to the ball as she ran then climbed two BIG steps UP THE WALL to reach it. A complicated yet well coordinated move.
Ah geez, fake.

Not sure if it’s real, but it looks real. If so, it was one helluva catch, but also interference in my opinion since the left fielder might have been able to make the catch for an out.

Yeah, after thinking about it a little more I’ve decided it’s a fake.
Normally those ball-girls sit in a chair against the stands but deeper than 3rd base a ways. If she could run and catch that ball, so could the shortstop and that ain’t gonna happen.
