China would very much like to receive the gas and oil that Putin now sells to Europe. The Chinese would be more than willing to finance any Russian cash shortages for some long term considerations. Putin no doubt is upsetting his generals by delaying this action until the Winter Olympics in China are concluded. Very much doubt the US will get any cooperation from China to restrict Putin.

Pure pro-Russian BS. That "Russian mutual security proposal" is Putin's crazy demand that NATO leave eastern Europe: including Poland, the former Soviet countries of Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, returning those countries to "captive nations" status.
Biden and his handlers were out-foxed by Putin.
Putin basically broke up NATO.
Biden energy policies totally backfired.
Germany didn’t need to be dependent on Russian energy but Biden insured that by cutting American energy production and begging energy producers like OPEC to fill in the gap.
Russia has filled one big gap.

An interesting anecdote: Zhukov commanded the attack that crushed Berlin and pretty much ended the war in Europe. Zhukov ordered his troops to locate Hitler, or his body. Unbeknownst to Zhukov, Stalin’s toadies had found the body, and, under Stalin’s orders, Zhukov was not told about it, and was only informed 15 years later.
