sundowning is exactly why he holds NO press conferences, speeches or public events after 5pm. Notice that in the days prior to any big speech, he is out of sight. I believe it’s so they can adjust his meds and reset his internal clock.

Trump made a big mistake when he did not insist that there be at least three two hour debates and just let Biden get agitated and talking. Despite the efforts of the MSM and biased organizers to shield Biden, after six hours the American people would have realized just who and what Biden really is.
