How about we start promoting equal representation in the blue-collar trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanics.
In contrast, we also demand equal representation in fields like nursing, teaching, child care.

Might want to look at whistleblower laws and then consider contacting the state.
My experience with HR tells me that you will just get in trouble if you ask them about something like this. They are not there for you. They are there to impose Diversity on you.
The only defense we reasonably have is to choose who we do business with. I talk to people all the time that pretty much fully agree with me politically and morally. They agree what these woke corporations are doing is wrong and destroying this country. Yet they continue to business with them. I work very hard not to do business with places like target, Amazon, McDonnalds, AT&T, Netlix, NFL, NBA and on and on. But these people I talk to have not changed their behavior at all with these businesses. The reason is that it is convenient to do business with them. That is why we are, and will, loose. Hardly anyone is willing to make even the smallest sacrifice to stand up for America and American values. it’s pretty depressing really.
You might as well break some other laws too. :-)
Ask as many people involved what the reasoning is behind it. Send requests in writing, save copies of those. Log in days requests were made and when responses were made, and obviously keep those. At least they’ll wonder that if something is amiss, they might get their asses caught in legal entanglements.

It has been my experience that HR works for and is a tool for Management. HR is not your friend. Agree, whistleblower law and go to state.

They’re opening declaring that their goal is to reduce the percentage of white men - specifically. How do you do that unless you’re not hiring and also firing WHITE MEN?
I find it astonishing they’re so brazen about it. If you replaced “white men” with any other demographic you’d be sued endlessly.
