Republican Senator Rogers filed the bill in order to attempt to hold mandating employers liable “for any health complications associated with any required medical products or procedures.”
The bill aims to “protect employees who suffer any adverse reactions, injury, disability, loss of wages, pain and suffering or medical expenses correlating to the employer mandate. Furthermore, if any injuries arise within 120 days after receiving an employee mandated medical product or procedure, it would be presumed that the product or procedure is the cause.”

Do you know by chance which group of elected U.S. Representatives and Senators voted on and approved the Nuremberg Code to make it binding in the United States? Do you by chance have a link to the roll call vote on that?
Can you also cite to the place in the U.S. Code where the Nuremberg can be found?

Make it retroactive and applicable not to the companies but the individual officers of the companies that made the call. Such people should never hold authority over others again. They should regret their arrogance for the rest of their lives. And perhaps should be made to be medical guinea pigs for new drugs in order to earn food as their only option.
Finally—where’s Morgan and Morgan—why aren’t they lobbying those democRAT allies they helped put in congress to push for this? It’s got the potential to be a bigger payoff than big tobacco was.

We read every day about proposed bills in the states and at the federal level. Proposed is not passed into law.

Proposing bills that don’t have any real chance of passing counts for diddly-squat. And, even if they do, it matters not until they pass. Otherwise it’s just Grist for the mill
