An explosive case is currently being hotly debated on social media: In France, a rich, older entrepreneur from Paris is said to have died as a result of a Corona injection. Previously, he had taken out multi-million dollar life insurance policies for the benefit of his children and grandchildren, according to a media report.
Although vaccination is recognized as the cause of death by doctors and the insurance company, it has refused to pay out. The reason is because the side effects of the Corona jabs are known and published. They argue that the deceased took part in an experiment at his own risk. Covid-19 in itself is not classed as a “critical illness”.
The insurance company justified the refusal of payment to the family by stating that the use of experimental medication or treatments, including Corona injections, is expressly excluded from the insurance contract. The family’s subsequent lawsuit against the insurance company has been unsuccessful.
The court allegedly justified its ruling as follows: “The side effects of the experimental vaccine are published and the deceased could not claim to have known nothing about it when he voluntarily took the vaccine. There is no law or mandate in France that compelled him to be vaccinated. Hence his death is essentially suicide.”
Since suicide is not covered by the policy from the outset, the insurance refuses to budge.

I work in the business- insurance broker . Life insurers cannot exempt covid or the vaccine.
There are very few reasons insurers will not pay out.
Murder, suicide in first two years of coverage, non payment and medical or lifestyle info not disclosed on the application..not disclosing a medical treatment you may have had

If you die of a experimental vaccine, medicine, experimental medical treatment it is 100% covered by life insurance companies
I said from the first days of this Covid and forced vaccination that I would take the jab if the job included a million dollar policy that was guaranteed to pay off.

Can any substantiate this with any French articles? There should be ample source content to pull from. I cannot find any so this is not cutting it for validity.
That was one of the points I made to management before leaving my previous job.
They had just moved the deadline (pun intended) up from mid Jan to early Dec. I objected. (I hadn't yet decided to leave) I said it was my intention that if I was forced to get a shot to keep my job, it was my intention to max out my life insurance as well as short and long term disability coverage in the benefits open enrollment for 2022 that was just starting.
I said the new deadline meant that my new coverage would not be in effect prior to my having to take the shot. Further, that because it was an experimental treatment even if I was covered (ie. the original mid Jan deadline) the insurance company could very well deny my claim based on it being an experimental treatment.
I was assured that something like that couldn't happen.
Just like I was assured the vaccines were safe.
Just like I was assured the vaccines were effective.
Just like I was assured masks work.
Just like I was assured we only needed two weeks to flatten the curve.
This country needs a serious wake up call. This is not, never has been, about health. It is about control.
It will continue until the govt stops paying for funerals of Covid deaths.

I was curious as to what actuaries have to say about the jab. In the article’s case there was a clear nexus. Not so with the impact a year or more from now. Also, there ARE mandates in the US. i.e. the Military, the health care industry, etc., so the suicide rule does not apply. This will be like watching a train wreck, I’m afraid.
