About 40 million people live in CA. That works out, if my math is right, over $5000 a year for each man woman and child in CA.

Gruesome Newsome has a dummocrap deformed brain. There is no hope for him. And now that Californians chickened out on the recall, he will be even worse in handing over their money to illegals and imposing every crack-brained dummocrap scheme, no matter how ludicrous.
In the past two decades California has bonded out something like $22 billion for water projects that never were built. The road system that was the envy of the world now resembles Bosnia during the war. When you tax your citizens to maintain your infrastructure and then purposefully do not maintain said infrastructure you can accumulate large amounts of unused funds. If California actually maintained their infrastructure properly they’d be deep in the hole.
I just find it hard to believe they actually had that cash stashed somewhere. Seems to me they spend whatever they get their hands on and on the prospect of taxing people of paying for it. Personally, I think much of that money went into bureaucrats’ pockets.
Yeah man, the CA recall was an honest election, just like how Biden honestly won 2020....
