During his July 1, 1986 testimony before a Congressional Committee on the status of AIDS drug development, Anthony Fauci was stunned into silence due to being unable to answer why there were only 1000 patients involved in clinical testing. After desperately searching his mind for an answer during his silence he finally came up with a lame bureaucratic answer: "limited resources."
PING!
Pity the stunning didn’t last another 3½ decades . . .
This jackass has been on the government teat so long he looks like he’s 15 here. Why is it every government job, from the post office, cops, firemen retirement happens after 20 - 30 years on the job but people in Congress or jackasses like this can stay on the job for half a century?? This guy has been in the NIH since 1968!!!
Doesn’t seem to have hurt his career much.
They’re getting more out of it than money and job satisfaction, that’s for sure.
I see that the Faucians have hit the keywords.
I wonder if he has overseen any project at the NIH that didn’t earn bushels of profit for big pharma?
“Pity the stunning didn’t last another 3½ decades . .”
Proves a great point about Fauci, “Once a jerk; always a jerk with a grandiose view of himself”.
Yup, they don’t have the manhood to come right out and own their comments.
They are what I call keyword cowards.
They are.
On some threads they do pop out but only when they have more than one of them out.
Not a great video. He just paused a second before landing the pre-scripted response: “We aren’t doing enough on AIDS because we need more taxpayer money.”
