Dr. Robert Malone Discusses The Absence of Informed Consent and The Silencing of Vaccine Query
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | December 31, 2021 | Sundance

Posted on 12/31/2021 4:13:16 PM PST by Texas Fossil

Dr. Robert Malone was recently removed from the Twitter platform for providing raw scientific information and his interpretation surrounding SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19, variants and vaccines.  Dr. Robert Malone is the inventor of the nine original mRNA vaccine patents, which were originally filed in 1989 (including both the idea of mRNA vaccines and the original proof of principle experiments) and RNA transfection. Dr. Malone has close to 100 peer-reviewed publications which have been cited over 12,000 times.

Since January 2020, Dr. Malone has been leading a large team focused on clinical research design, drug development, computer modeling and mechanisms of action of repurposed drugs for the treatment of COVID-19. Dr. Malone is, in essence, one of the most prominent experts in the use of vaccines to advance public health.

After his voice was removed from Twitter, Dr. Malone appeared with Joe Rogan to discuss the issues and events surrounding the silencing of vaccine inquiry, and the lack of informed consent {Direct Rumble Link Segment}.  The full 3-hour interview with Joe Rogan is available on Spotify – LINK HERE.

To all of the Branch Covidians and military “lawful order” obey or court marshal’ers I counter with Nuremberg II trial and hanging. It is interesting that this “trumps” their lame argumnts.

I’m 2 hours through the 3 hour interview and it’s very enlightening. I’m not a big fan of Rogan in general but these three hour interviews are the shit. I think Tucker noticed the benefit of the long form interview when he came up with his TC Today show though his are an hour. Basically copying Rogan to some degree.

I've been doing some research today and reaffirmed that a number of research studies have shown that some common mouthwashes and nasal sprays have been found to be very effective at killing the Covid-19 virus. Yet, for some reason, public health officials are extremely reluctant to inform the public of this, instead relying on the push for universal vaccination, like it or not, one size fits all, and shut up if you disagree.

This infuriates me. If research shows that easily available and inexpensive products may significantly reduce the likelihood of infection, that should have been shouted from the rooftops. Instead, it was suppressed. Suggesting these other preventatives as parts of the toolkit does not mean that they still couldn't promote the vaccines, but their failure to even mention these other treatments strikes me as a violation of medical ethics.

I would wager that if mouthwash is helpful… Then just gargling with salt water is also helpful… Which pushes Covid into the same classification is a common cold

100% agree.

That lawful order, obey or die attitude only works if leadership is prudent and has the proper regard for a troop.

I’m not sure they do currently. When that happens, the leadership are the bad guys and the situation needs corrected.

We as Americans are entrusting these leaders with our treasure. They damn well better understand that and make prudent decisions accordingly.

I think we’re going to find they are not doing that for some reason. I think the numbers are going to bear this out.

This infuriates me as well.

What you point out lines up perfectly with many other things the Gov and medical community have done to make this situation worse. We could fill pages with bullet points they have done to make this situation as bad as possible.

If they were just dumb, they would have gotten half of them right. But they are 0 for 100.

They’re not dumb, they’re bad. But lots of people still give them the benefit of the doubt. Unbelievable.

I am sure they don't, currently, and I am sure they have no regard for their oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign or domestic. If they did they would recognize themselves as an enemy and do the appropriate act.

Keep dreaming. Nuremburg code is not even law in the USA nor does it apply to federally approved medical product’s the very fact of an emergency use authorization is Federal approval as long as the emergency use authorization is active. The U.S.government is well with it’s powers to authorize for emergency use medical product’s. Jacobson vs Mass is settled law for state level vaccine mandates and the USSC is going to also uphold it at the Federal level based on the general welfare clause I would bet thousands on it the legal precedent is fully coded in prior case law. I’ll trust actual legal experts over internet blowhards any day of the week. I would expect the USSC to uphold the mandates before the end of January.

Yup.

Your theory did not work for the Germans who had their own laws that they were following.

There is no reason for vaccine mandates. Never mind if government has the power to mandate such a thing, even if there was a valid reason.

No way the court upholds it.

As I understand it, if it was accepted that there were already workable therapeutics then the emergency use authorization for the vaccine could not be used. There’s your rub.

Yes, along with several others.
1) EUA requires full disclosure of what ppl are given and the risks as best they are known.
2) It's not informed consent if people are not given truthful and complete information.
3) It's not informed consent if people are coerced.
4 It's unlawful to force military to take experimental therapies.
5) Guidance requires a panel of neutral and fully qualified physicians to oversee recommendations and approval. Neither CDC nor FDA is complying with their own rules. 6) The jab is not a vaccine, but a relatively ineffective theraapy for which there are better alternatives. 7) EUA's are normally withdrawn after a certain number of adverse events. 8) Authorised for pregnant women in direct contradiction of studies showing extremely high rate of miscarriages. 9) Authorised for children despite very low risk of disease and high rate of adverse events.
