We’ll see.

As an American, I have an extreme distaste for the “slap everyone around with federal power” viewpoint.

General welfare... oh brother.

If the USSC sees things your way, Lord help us.

Dr. Robert Malone is the inventor of the nine original mRNA vaccine patents, which were originally filed in 1989 (including both the idea of mRNA vaccines and the original proof of principle experiments) and RNA transfection. Dr. Malone has close to 100 peer-reviewed publications which have been cited over 12,000 times.

Oh, well like, whatEVER! Like, this is supposed to be more important than the 22-yr-old Fact Checkers who have earned the Fauci/CDC Seal of Approval?

I listened to the three hour interveiw with Dr. McCullough over a period of days, then watched the entire thing with my brother.

I was very impressed, as was he.

If you are willing to surrender your freedoms to a government that would readily take them using such a low intensity risk as justification for draconian measures, just how low would you be willing to go?

I understand your stance the government will do it anyway and rule it legal.

However, them making up the rules to fit their purpose makes it neither right nor legal. Because when that happens, it will not make it right or legal (except that those imposing these measures will simply say it is legal...where have we seen that before?) and is a signal indication that we no longer live in a constitutional republic.

Well, I would hope it should carry more weight than and idiot Leftist Troll.

He owns the first 7 patents related to mRNA technology.

He was on the leading edge of this many years ago.

And he has no financial interest in any of the drugs we are faced with.

From email from Dr. Malone this evening

Do Not Take Part in the Lie

Good news from South Africa!

So, it has been a busy week. As I prepare for getting on a plane to head back to Virginia from Austin, Texas, I am taking a moment to try to breath and to write down some thoughts.

Yesterday, I had to take an antibody test in order to get into the studio in Austin.  The good news is that my natural immunity from my last round of COVID is robust - with IgA and even IgM Antibodies present.

This brings me again to one of my biggest issues with the public policy response.  Natural immunity equals or trumps immunity from the genetic vaccines, because the natural immune response is broad (against the all 29 proteins of the SAVS-CoV-2 virus) and appears to hold up better against Omicron. This sustained and robust natural immunity also applies to children.  We all know it.  Why won’t our government and the main stream media admit it?

Why is it that the CDC website that lists 146 million people having already had COVID-19 in the USA has not been updated since October 2, 2021?  A quick, back of the napkin calculation projects at least another 20-30 million have had COVID since then.  Bringing the number of people who have had COVID to around 170 million.  Well over half the people in the USA.

So, now comes a more transmissible but weaker version of the virus.  We should all be celebrating!  Over half of us have natural immunity.  Over half of us are vaccinated. Unless we are elderly or have significant other co-morbidities, we will be fine.  For many, if not most, will seem like another cold, if we notice it at all. Even the unvaccinated or COVID-19 naive person should be just find, if they don’t have significant co-morbidities.

Of course, one isn’t actually allowed to suggest these ideas on many social media platforms. One can’t be at all critical of the government pandemic response or the fearporn - such talk will get you banned, censored and branded with a scarlet letter “AV” (the dreaded “Anti-Vaxxer” label). I am not an anti-vaxxer, but I will wear this label with pride - speaking truth to power always has consequences.

So, yes back to my thoughts on Omicron – please keep taking that vitamin D3 and get your levels tested, if you haven’t already.  Use a formulation that combines the D3 with Vitamins A and K. Please keep up with the zinc, vitamin C and magnesium.  Work on weight control, glycemic control and please exercise!  All are important.

But also celebrate!  If you have had COVID– Omicron is going to be a milder version. In fact, you may not even know that you were infected.

Focus on the Research

Characteristics and Outcomes of Hospitalized Patients in South Africa During the COVID-19 Omicron Wave Compared With Previous Waves. JAMA. Published online December 30, 2021. doi:10.1001/jama.2021.24868

More good news from South Africa!  A new paper just out with data from hospitalized patients. The study compared hospitalized patients from Omicron (or this wave) compared to earlier waves.

Remember, this is hospitalized patients- so a group of people with co-morbidities, which are probably more like the hospitalized cohorts found in the USA.  Not the general population of South Africans.

Highlights:

  • The number of patients treated in the hospitals during the same early period of each wave differed (2351 in wave 4 vs maximum 6342 in wave 3).

This implies fewer hospitalizations, as we know that Omicron is highly transmissible.

  • 68% to 69% of patients presenting to the emergency department with a positive COVID-19 result were admitted to the hospital in the first 3 waves vs 41.3% in wave 4.

Showing that Omicron is resulting in fewer hospitalizations.

  • Patients hospitalized during wave 4 were younger (median age, 36 years vs maximum 59 years in wave 3; P < .001) with a higher proportion of females.

This is interesting and will need to be explored in more depth.  Is this due to natural immunity of the elderly or that Omicron is a milder disease  for the elderly than previous variants? Another hypothesis is that Omicron is not infecting deep lung tissue, so the elderly are having more mild disease compared to other waves.  Few elderly might mean fewer overall hospitalizations but with a young median age.

  • Significantly fewer patients with co-morbidities were admitted in wave 4, and the proportion presenting with an acute respiratory condition was lower (31.6% in wave 4 vs maximum 91.2% in wave 3, P < .001).

Again, this is good news all around!

  • Of 971 patients admitted in wave 4, 24.2% were vaccinated, 66.4% were unvaccinated, and vaccination status was unknown for 9.4%.

How this relates to the population of vaccinated and unvaccinated is a little difficult, because the SA vaccine program has significantly increased the proportion vaccinated this fall.

  • The proportion of patients requiring oxygen therapy significantly decreased ( 17.6% in wave 4 vs 74% in wave 3, P < .001), as did the percentage receiving mechanical ventilation.

    Again, very good news!

  • Admission to intensive care was 18.5% in wave 4 vs 29.9% in wave 3 (P < .001).

More mild disease, even in the severe cases!

  • The median length of stay (between 7 and 8 days in previous waves) decreased to 3 days in wave 4.

Another super indicator of mild disease!

  • The death rate was between 19.7% in wave 1 and 29.1% in wave 3 and decreased to 2.7% in wave 4.

This also, should make us all very happy!

Again – remember this data is for HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS ONLY!

So, don’t let the fear-porn get to you – Omicron is coming to a town, village, city, restaurant, or grocery store near you.  But for the vast majority of us, we will be fine.  We have tools to fight this more mild variant, and there are life-saving treatments.  Just work to stay or get as healthy as you can, eat your vitamins, eat real food and go get some exercise!

I will end with a quote from F. A. Hayek, (1974 Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences )

“'Emergencies' have always been the pretext on which the safeguards of individual liberty have been eroded -- and once they are suspended it is not difficult for anyone who has assumed such emergency powers to see to it that the emergency persists."

Please share this Substack on twitter, if you dare take that risk!

Otherwise, please feel free to share it on any other platform – you desire or forward it to your friends!

Truth to power.

I think I did McCullough all in one shot. Didn’t quite get done with Malone’s last night and am finishing this morning.

Rogan did an interview with Ron White not too long ago which is good. Guess they’re old friends that know each other from comedy. Ron actually quit drinking after many years and having it be the basis for his act. Now he uses a prop drink on stage.

“I’m sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and disagree with this administration, somehow you’re not patriotic, and we should stand up and say, “We are Americans and we have the right to debate and disagree with any administration!””

Interesting...I have to say, I found the interview with Dr. McCullough to be most compelling. I have worked in healthcare for nearly 40 years and been involved in many, many aspects from clinical (direct patient care), to billing, to IT.

While I am not a physician and don’t have in depth training in immunology or infections diseases, I have had enough exposure to a wide variety of things, enough to make my sense for the truth accurate enough for me in medical matters for me to trust and rely on it.

I used to be a jet mechanic in a former life (US Navy) and I found out something: as a mechanic and plane captain who paid attention to my job and tried as hard as I could to be not only competent but good at it, I could recognize both competency and exceptionalism in pilots. (I know I am not alone in this, or in this field alone) I was not a pilot, but I recognized who the good pilots were, and the not-so-good pilots were. It wasn’t hard. You listened to them talk about issues with planes. You watched them do their pre-flight inspections and how they did it. And you watched the way they treated others.

And I found that I was something that translated into my professions since then. I guess to summarize, I always try hard to be competent at my job, and that enables me to see competency (or incompetency) in others, often encompassing fields I don’t know a lot about. I can go to get my tires replaced and determine competency or incompetency just by watching and listening.

Anyway, Dr. McCullough’s discussion made sense to me incorporating what I know about healthcare and people. And not just that, his detractors are most revealing. The people who are attacking him, well, I could choose my horse to back based on that alone. But I do take the time to listen.

One in particular was some Internet guy named ZDawgMD who had a video on YouTube that was supposed to be a valid critique of Dr. McCullough. (Another Freeper linked to it as a ‘rebuttal’ so I watched it. You can see it at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pcIbVvHI2c if you are interested at all.

I watched ten minutes and go the measure of this person. He is a Leftist, thinks Dr. McCullough is exploiting weak minded people, openly admits he thinks all vaccines are safe and effective, accuses Dr. McCullough of logical fallacies, appeals to authorities, cherry picking data, etc., casts Dr. McCullough as monomaniacal regarding early therapies and treatments, and attacks opponents of mass vaccination as “non-experts” in the same way global warming alarmists attack people by saying they are non-climate scientists.

At one point, he characterizes the Lancet and JAMA publishing a totally COMPLETELY fraudulent paper (then retracting it when people protested) as “GOOD SCIENCE”! That really got me. “Good Science” would have been ACTUALLY PERFORMING THE PEER REVIEW THEY SAY THEY DID, AND NEVER PUBLISHING THE PIECE OF CRAP IN THE FIRST PLACE!

This reminded me of a time back in the Nineties I went to buy a car, Saturns were new at that time, so I checked one out. The salesman talked about the car, the way it was made, the features, etc. Then, I went to check out a Ford (I was thinking of buying a Taurus) and the salesman asked if I was looking at any other kinds of cars, when I told him a Saturn, he launched into all the things that were wrong with it. When I tried to steer him back to the Taurus, he would immediately go back to trashing the Saturn. That told me something there.

This was the same thing with this “ZDawgMD” guy. He isn’t a serious MD concerned about patients. He wants to be an Internet celebrity.

All True.

My comment to Dr. Malone on Dec 16:

Dave K. @TX_1 Dec 16

Replying to @RWMaloneMD

“Dr. Malone, I’m sure you know this is not about public health, but about huge profits and control of the public on a global scale. Subjection to the Great Evil. The worst possible form of Totalitarianism.”

For that comment to Dr. Malone, I was suspended on twitter for a week. FACT (I would not have been able to find my comment, as it was to Dr. Malone and he is permainently suspended. But another person RTed my comment and I was able to see it.)

I archived my Twitter account for about the 3rd time since 2009. The file size was 2.7 GB in size. I only did it to have an idea how I could get back in touch with some of my old friends there after they shut me down.

If research shows that easily available and inexpensive products may significantly reduce the likelihood of infection, that should have been shouted from the rooftops.

Based on watching many Medcram videos, I'm developing this home-brew treatment for myself to address the various phases of the COVID-19 lifecycle.

1. Infection Prevention

I use a nasal rinse made up of a simple salt/sodium bicarbonate mix (the basic "Netie Pot" treatment) and add a teaspoon of Povidone-Iodine 10% solution to a 1.5 oz (44 ml) nasal spayer. Whenever I plan to go out to do chores, I put two sprays in each nostril as an antiseptic barrier to kill COVID-19 particles that might land there. I use this one from Walgreens and will refill it myself with a NeilMed mixture when it runs out.

I also use a mouthwash made up of 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 2 parts water when I brush my teeth.

See: KRCR TV report from a local Northern California TV station (Redding) about a local ear-nose-throat (ENT) physician who recommends a sinus rinse to protect the major access point of COVID-19 -- your nostrils.

2. Infection and Gestation

I plan to "pre-activate" the interferon in my innate immune system. COVID-19 blocks the production of interferon, which delays the response of the Killer Cells of the innate immune system.

To "pre-activate" the interferon, I will use a hot/cold treatment every 3 days. I will go into my backyard hot tub, set at 104 degrees F. I'll follow a 10-minutes in and then 10 minutes out pattern for about an hour.

The goal is to have the body ready and waiting to find COVID-19 viruses if they enter my body.

See: MedCram Coronavirus Pandemic Update 46: Can Hot/Cold Therapy Boost Immunity? More on Hydroxychloroquine

See: Innate Immunity, Interferon, and COVID 19 in Children: Update 128

3. Strengthening the Endothelial Cells

I will take Zinc and the Zinc ionophore Quercetin. Quercetin will allow the Zinc to pass through the cell membrane, where it will wait for the COVID-19 virus to bond and insert its RNA. Then it will stop the RNA replication process inside the cell.

See: Medcram Coronavirus Epidemic Update 34: US Cases Surge, Chloroquine & Zinc Treatment Combo, Italy Lockdown

4. Fight Oxidative Stress

To buy my immune system time to develop the antibodies to fight the fast-replicating (hindered by Zinc) COVID-19 virus, I will take NAC and Sulforphane to keep my Glutathione antioxidant levels high. Antioxidants replace the lost electrons from O2 superoxide molecules, keeping them from forming H2O2 hydrogen peroxide, which is what damages the internal organs.

COVID-19 binds to the ACE2 receptors, which block the proteins which normally trigger the production of Glutathione. This causes the body to go into Glutathione deficiency, which leads to oxidative stress, which causes the organs to fail. This is when people are put on ventilators.

See: Coronavirus Pandemic Update 37: The ACE-2 Receptor - The Doorway to COVID-19 (ACE Inhibitors & ARBs)

See: Coronavirus Pandemic Update 63: Is COVID-19 a Disease of the Endothelium (Blood Vessels and Clots)?

See: Coronavirus Pandemic Update 65: COVID-19 and Oxidative Stress (Prevention & Risk Factors)

See: Coronavirus Pandemic Update 69: "NAC" Supplementation and COVID-19 (N-Acetylcysteine)

5. General Health

I will take vitamin C and D3, and also Magnesium for bone health (where blood cells are made).

I hope that this combination of therapies will keep my body's natural immune system charged and ready to fight COVID-19 if I should get it.

-PJ

How does it feel to be so utterly uniformed?

OSHA mandate dead.

And your bold claims of a nationwide Jacobsen style mandate by November 21 ground to dust.

Maybe you will stop playing lawyer now?

I would bet thousands on it…

Doubtful. I took you up on your bet challenge last year and you scurried off.

You’ve done more that a bit of jackassin’ regarding bets. It’s not a good look to throw down the challenge and then run off. Knock it off.
