Federal prosecutors dropped their case against the two prison guards accused of falsifying records and sleeping on the job as Jeffrey Epstein “committed suicide” in his jail cell.
The feds dropped the case on December 13 during the Ghislaine Maxwell trial, however the news was made public on Thursday.
In November 2019, two federal prison guards were arrested for ‘failing to check on’ pedophile Jeffrey Epstein the night he died in his prison cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center.
The two prison guards, who were working overtime, broke protocols and failed to check on Epstein every 30 minutes even though he was previously placed on suicide watch, then removed from monitoring shortly before his death.
Stunning!
Hey, just following orders, can’t prosecute me for that.
So, Epstein did kill himself! /extremely heavy S
Thank you.
With guards like that I’m sure the prisoner will feel secure.

If he was on suicide watch, they leave very little in there to
do the deed with.
This has always stunk to high heavens.
They conveniently didn’t watch him closely, and the suicide
watch was called off.
What did they do with the jail cell key? Leave it right across
the way opposite the door, on a hook?
They have the travel records. They know who frequented the
island. What are they waiting for?
‘We brought a saw’: FBI found diamonds, cash, passports, CDs and hard drives after cracking open safe in 2019 raid on Epstein’s Upper East Side townhouse
FBI "cleaner" Maguire, a member of an FBI Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, testified Monday that her team found the safe in a dressing room on the building's fifth floor. The mansion had forty rooms and took about 12 hours for her team to fully search.
Asked by a prosecutor at the trial whether the safe was open, Maguire answered: "We brought a saw." Prosecutors showed jurors and members of the public a photo of the safe, dragged by FBI agents to the middle of the dressing room. The hard drives Maguire said were found inside were piled on top of it. It also held jewelry, diamonds, CDs, and multiple passports, Maguire testified.
Maguire said that the scope of the search warrant didn't permit the agents to seize the hard drives and CDs, so she left them atop the safe.
When she got a broader warrant and returned to retrieve them, they were gone...
Imagine that...
Yeah, imagine that.
“Recovered” by CIA/Mossad etc, to continue blackmail ops.
But "cleaner" Maguire knew that.
Then, it was up to a stooge-judge to delay the warrant long enough for the evidence to be professionally cleaned.
Yep, and repurposed by the new blackmail handlers.
One can only hope that Ghislaine & Jeffy left that stash as "cheese in the open" - with the real deal info stash somewhere else, so she can bargain her way out of the kangaroo conviction.
If I had been in that courtroom listening to the fibbie cleaner tell me how she and her team trashed the evidence, I would have gotten up, loudly exclaimed "WTAF" and walked out.
Disclaimer - we all know she's guilty, but the even guiltier Big Money appears to have successfully used their "95%!" lapdogs to destroy the evidence against them with.
I’m surprised GM has lived this long, frankly.
She knows too much. Way too much.
“Just keep your mouths shut. We’ll take care of it.”
“Good job, guys. Here are the numbers to your new offshore bank accounts.”
The guards were compensated for playing the game they were asked to play. The elite can cancel almost any crime.
Even Epstein walked free the first time. The list is long.
These people are very, very thorough. I understand that Epstein’s prison is also being closed.
Whatever happened to the Wiener laptop. You know the one that had kiddie porn stuff on there that made “hardened” NYPD detectives cry? The one that those same NYPD detectives copied and threatened to release if the FBI didn’t make public the data therein?
Funny how digital information disappears whenever Federal LEO are on the scene.
