Just thinking. Have many Native American friends. Many wore Redskins hats. They were not offended. It’s the Woke white liberals who were.
So just a thought: since the Washington NFL team hasn’t picked a new name, let’s give them one: The Washington Wimps.

I actually like “Washington Woke” better than my original idea (“Wimps”).
Years ago, chairman of the San Carlos Apaches was asked if he was offended by Indian mascots for sports teams.
He said, “No, I’m kinda honored by it”.
Reporter said there are many Indians who don’t like it at all.
Tribal chairman replied, “Those must be city Indians”.
Even though I never lived in DC, the ‘skins were my team since the days of Sonny Jurgensen, Charley Taylor, Jerry Smith, et al. So I’ve come up with a name for the DC team, taking a page out of Prince’s book: “The Team Formerly Know as the Redskins”.

White urban privileged liberals decided that if native Americans (aka: Washington Redskins, Cleveland Indians) were not offended by such nicknames... they SHOULD BE!
So White urban privileged liberals took it upon themselves to be offended for them (as the NA’s weren’t smart enough to know they’re ‘sposed to be offended)...and demand the name changes! Note to “people of color” White urban privileged liberals know what best for all “people of color”, so you must OBEY as thinking for yourselves could cause more “oppression” by the “white establishment”... all to fight racism ya know.
