State officials in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who sought to block transparency and accountability over the 2020 election were handed a defeat on Thursday, according to the non-profit legal foundation The Amistad Project.
“The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled in favor of The Amistad Project and Fulton County, Pennsylvania, allowing the county to send its Dominion voting machines to the State Senate for inspection on January 10,” the group stated in a press release.
“The court recognized that it was improper to demand that the county – which owns the machines, and has the responsibility of running the election along with the legislature – can’t determine whether the machines worked properly,” said Phill Kline, director of The Amistad Project. “As the judge noted, there’s no justification for preventing the county from looking at their own machines.”
Pennsylvania’s attorney general and secretary of state had sued to prevent the inspection, the press release notes. It was originally scheduled for December 22, but the judge determined that it must be allowed to proceed, “with a short delay to allow experts from both sides to come up with a formal protocol for the inspection.”
“Executive branch officials were trying to stop the inspection altogether, but the judge did not grant their emergency motion to stop the inspection,” explained Amistad Project attorney Tom King. “They did not go to court seeking a delay; they sought to stop it, and they lost.”

The court’s decision is a victory for accountability and transparency in U.S. elections. Private, secretive, profit-driven voting machine companies are at the heart of U.S. elections, and as such, must ultimately be held accountable to the people. Even if that company is Dominion Voting Systems.
“They will appeal to the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court which is 6-1 Soros Democrats. They will block any examination and order the machines destroyed.”
Christmas Eve - get the machines to whoever will inspect them. They will have at least a week to tear through them. Perhaps move them out late at night, when water mains seem to break.
They’ve had a year to clear any software issues with the voting machines. I expect they’ll show up clean.
My mother worked where she saw democrats go into the polling booths with the merchant marines and pull the lever for them. In Philly.
What is there to see on the Fulton County machines? This was Trump’s best county in PA. He won more than 85% of the vote here. He did even better than that on the election day machine totals.
Trump increased his raw vote by more than 1200 over 2016 and he increased his vote percentage by nearly 2 points, while Biden barely moved the needle over Hilliary!
So I guess Dominion rigged the vote for Trump?

In virtually every county that uses dominion machines in PA, Trump increased his vote share and vote totals as compared to 2016.
Most of the counties in PA don’t use dominion and the ones that do are overwhelmingly Republican.
Philadelphia and Allegheny don’t use Dominion machines.
People really should stop following crackheads and nutters for their latest conspiracy theories.

Another possibility is that the only courts that are allowing inspection of machines are are the location of a plausible deniability enableing non tampered with election.

Republicans won up and down the ballot in Fulton County PA. They won by A LOT.

Trump won over 90% of the machine counted election day vote in Fulton County.
However, he only won 55% of the mail in absentee ballots.
Trump did a little better than all of the other Republicans on the ballot, but not by much (89% GOP for AG, Auditor and Treasurer)
The GOP Congressional Candidate did better than Trump with 91% of the vote.
However with all of those results being within 2% of each other, it doesn’t point toward any election day machine fraud and lizard people rigging votes.
The mail in ballots were much, much more Democrat (just like in Virginia in 2020 and 2021.)

Antrim County in MI actually got to examine their Dominion machines.
The full audit was done by the Allied Security Operations Group. ASOG concludes, “The Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.” And adds, “The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.” While the county clerk stated that the election night result of the vote flip was human error, ASOG says it’s instead due to “machine error built into the voting software designed to create error.”
The press completely ignored it, and the Soros AG/SoS actually threatened to disbar any lawyer who claimed the election was not fair.
In 2016 the cheat algorithm didn't cheat enough. I suspect the same thing happened in 2020, but the cheat-by-mail-in ballots made up the difference.

In the hand-tallied total, when compared with the machine-tabulated and certified results the net difference was only 12 votes out of 15,718 total votes.

The software in those machines is only vaguely related to what was in there on election night because they were wiped clean shortly after the election.
Still, I guess they’re hoping to find something that wasn’t cleaned or proof that they were cleaned.

One RIO I knew ejected twice on his first cruise. Doctors told him he’d break his back for good if he ejected again.
I was just pointing out with enough horse power and some wings things that on paper that can’t fly do. The F4 seems like an example. They still carried a lot of load and have seen a lot of combat. The squadron of Wild Weasels from the Boise Idaho group did duty in the gulf war zones. The planes did their time and a lot of pilots liked them.
