The Biden White House is incompetent. We all know this. It’s in their execution. It’s in their policies. It’s now seen in the polling. This guy is on Pluto. We have several crises hitting the nation—and Joe Biden is nowhere to be found. He can’t keep up. He’s too old. And he cannot handle the rigors of the job, which is why his staff does most of the work. His people say the economy is roaring. It’s not. Voters know it’s not, but they’re not changing course on messaging. That’s bad news for working families who are being crippled by the inflation fiasco that Joe’s team doesn’t care about. It’s good political news for Republicans as Biden’s sinking poll numbers show a red tsunami that’s about to crash into DC yet again.
Yet, what about the Biden White House staff. Isn’t it awesome working for the president even though his brain is oatmeal? No. In fact, it’s a pit of misery. Reports are that scores of White House staff are "eyeing the exits." They can’t stand the work environment. The holiday parties are mostly grounded in a lottery system for staffers. It’s a cold, dark place working for Joe Biden (via Politico):

About 10% of American adults can’t spend money optionally because Joe Biden would jab them into unpaid unemployment.
A few percent more are waiting for housing and car prices to soften.

After watching her at the Kavanaugh Hearings, I’d say she’s a certified B****....and loves to wield power...just like Hillary.
They are incompetent, but somehow they are winning. The country goes further and further to the left.
The Dems all look like the Soviet Politburo of the ‘80s, not a single fresh face (or idea) amongst them.
I think the lower level staff are reacting to the higher level staff not being able to put up a good front. Thus, the morale problems.
The higher level staff might be reacting to their chances of being retained by Obama or Clinton when they make their moves.

I could imagine if these people were aircraft mechanics and had to find new jobs because most of the airlines’ planes have crashed.
So basically, Biden is a shitty manager who has hired shitty managers because he has no experience ever managing anything. He knows no better. The same line of logic applies to business. Biden has never run a business, so he has no idea what it is like, yet he makes policy that affects business. Additionally, Biden has never had a real job, unless you consider a summer job as a lifeguard as real. Thus, Biden has no experience as an employee, yet he makes policy that affects employees. Biden was never in the military, yet he makes policies and decisions that totally eff the military. To summarize, Joe Biden is a worthless piece of shit with no experience at anything that matters. Anyone that works for Biden shows incredibly poor decision making in taking a job at the White Hut. They should be excluded from government and business forever. It is an every lasting stain.
