Someone needs to present the case that there is NO authorization / enumeration in the Constitution for a national healthcare mandate. As such, the 10th amendment applies. Mandates must come from the states.
Vaccine mandates are illogical, and a violation of the Nuremberg Code.
Supreme Court relies on legal precedent and the Constitution, not public opinion (by the media).

Yes - the “goods” are related to the adopted children of two “conservatives”. So it all hinges on Kavanaugh. We are screwed. Three “conservative”

Yes - Greatly accelerates it. In fact, after a month of OSHA mandates, it would never turn around, this century.
How can anyone mandate medicine that is not approved. That’s what is crazy. If they uphold this then I would EO birth control for government benefits, aids testing passports …. Shove it down their throats.

I am in Jeopardy of losing a 30yr career over these vax mandates. I have a religious exemption currently, but if the Supreme Court doesn’t strike down these mandates, I’m pretty much done.
