The price has not increased here yet.
I have noticed smaller packages. Brims cheese curls were 7 oz and now are 6 oz. The shavers I would buy went from 5 to 4 in the pack.
Will still shop there for certain items.
Won’t even start on the price changes at Walmart. Some items the price is about the same but the sizes are smaller.
Don’t forget, you can put the stickers on more than gas pumps.
With inflation, you can mark groceries and other things that are spiraling out of control!
The Great Value 100% fruit juice went from 2.28 for 64 ounces to 3.12 overnight about 2 weeks ago. Shredded cheese also went up about the same %, but bar cheese is still the same price. Also, I just noticed yesterday frozen fruit shot up a dollar or so (can’t remember exact old price without finding old receipts) but frozen veggies are the same price. For now...
Thanks for the reminder-the 1st time I see low stock of items on an aisle at the local Lowe’s grocery store, I’ll stick one on that shelf-probably will be paper goods-toilet paper, paper towels, etc...
I eat only organic/unprocessed food, so I don’t watch the prices of frozen or canned stuff-but even the price of organic fresh cheese that used to be $2.99 per 8 oz. is now 3.96 for the same package-free-range meat produced in Texas has not gone up in price in a couple of months, but any brand name meat from another state has-about $.50 per lb-Tyson, Smithfield, etc...
